    Everyone watching Paul’s videos could help do them justice by practicing and sharing the information with everyone they know. Honest advice is a rare commodity in this corrupt day and age. It’s not impossible to change the world and it could happen quicker than you think. The easiest way would be to start with you and create a ripple effect with family and friends. Can you imagine living in a world full of healthier minds bodies and spirits and how much fulfillment and peace it would create? Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.

    Hey Paul I just wanted to let you know how much you helped me! 6 months ago when I started college I was incredibly stressed about failing and it caused me issues in almost every area of my life. I got incredibly depressed and acted strange around friends and family. I had no clue what was going on. I ate right, went to the gym, studied my ass off, tried to socialize and yet it was like trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. Nothing was working. I got more and more stress and anxiety.
    I started watching one of your videos about consulting with Dr.Quiet and then it hit me: The worst period I experienced was around November when the yin energy is the "dominant force", but rather then chilling out at the time I was studying 8 hours a day, neglecting sleep and not realizing that I am getting myself sick!
    So I changed things around. I gave myself two days a week to do absolutely nothing, made sure that I got enough sleep, dimmed the lights around my house and reflected about my life and where I am going. Pretty much gave myself time to chill the fuck out. Now 3 months later I am out of my rut and I feel energized again to do work that is needed to be done and feel at ease around my family and friends.
    The benefits from Dr quiet is probably the least obvious of the 4 in my eyes, but I forgot that it is just as important. Especially in todays society where we are running like headless chickens!

      Imagine how many drugs doctors or psychologists would have been likely to prescribe for your "symptoms"....when what you really needed was simply to take better care of yourself :-)
      As I say very often, "If you consult the 4 Doctors within, you are unlikely to need any other doctors in your life!"

    I find I hydrate better through food. E.g.. cucumber, veggies, raw egg, raw meat and yogurt. I really like this 6 part series and im healing from it

    Paul, can you get Wim Hof to your 4D podcast? I'd love to hear your take on what he's doing and on his system. I know you've already mentioned cold showers a few times and their yin-yang thing, and on yoga and breathing too, but I was more curious on your thoughts about the thing WHM breathing does to your immune system and the DMT releasing effect, like if there's some potential drawbacks especially to certain type of individuals we should be looking out for, and how do they combine with other practices. I do WHM breathing, tantra and your zone exercises sometimes all in the same day and they can combine great, but the energy can go overboard if you don't have a good control of it and that can kinda ruin your tantra session.
    I went to a course where they taught a slightly different version of that, the difference being you breathe a bit slower if you comfortably can, and have a pause as long as your exhale, between your inhale and exhale. Also relaxing throat, head, chest and diaphragm more and more was there.

    I feel my best on high carbs! I feel super clear in the mind, energy is high and endurance increases 10 fold. If I say on only fruit and greens though for about 3 weeks I start to notice strength decline and sexual performance drop so I've just got to find my balance.

    Paul ive tried many of these things, But for some reason I only feel healthy when I don't eat. ANYTHING. It could be a fat, protein or carb. I get dizzy almost immediately but the problem with me just fasting forever is I'm already only 120 lbs

    Hi Paul, do you have an opinion on the all carnivore / zero carb diet? Promoted by sean baker MD, for instance. To be honest as an autoimmune person I see plants as more insulin spiking and nutritionally inferior to raw animals, plus animals do not contain the antinutrients. Why bother with them?!

      You must be new to my work/teachings....I've covered all aspects of "diets" many times on in various videos here....There is not "right diet" except the one that provides what "your body needs" from meal to meal....It is wise to remember that "one man's medicine is another man's poison".....
      I'd highly recommend you study my webinar series titled Primal Pattern Eating, which teaches you three key methods of fine tuning your diet for your individual needs from meal to meal; your needs can shift radically depending on internal and external stress factors and it is wise to learn to let yourself be guided by the wisdom of your body and soul instead of "doing what others say to do", which obviously hasn't helped the people of the world, as evidenced by the dangerously high rates of chronic disease, and obesity, all the while, we have more diet experts and books than ever in the history of man!

    Too much fat appears to give me heart pain, but the catch 22 is I seem to be more satisfied with dark meats which tend to be higher in fats compared to lean meats. Not sure if this means I need to keep darker meats to maybe later in the day like dinner

    Hi Paul, whats a good way to solve thyroid dysfunction. You mentioned possible adrenal fatigue as a culprit. How would one go about getting a surefire answer?

      If you want an objective measure of your thyroid function, and adrenal function, then finding a functional medicine practitioner is the best way. I use Dr. Cliff Oliver (1-858-272-2333) for my lab testing and help with my most complex clients because he's been doing it for about 35 years and is very good at it. He can send you the test kits and coach you by Skype.
      You can also see any of my HLC 2 or 3 Practitioners, and we use a series of questionnaires that inform us as to the functional capacity of 29 different body systems, but this approach is less objective than lab testing, though it gives the HLC Practitioner enough information about the key body systems, and related diet and lifestyle factors to coach you effectively, while most functional medicine practitioners will only use a "this for that" approach and not get to the root causes of the problem in many instances.

    Hey paul ive got a question, I did remove Lamb and beef from my diet for the last week or so and replaced it with some more Fish because i found it feel cleaner and felt more connected in life for some reason. However i can feel that actaully my body can get craving for heaver meats like beef while other foods do not satisfy me. Im just curious could this be a sign that my body actually got intolerance to beef?i heard you say many crave the foods that they are intolerance to, and meaby some parasites/fungals also crave it? Because i mean i have eaten beef all my life and it does not feel like my body would be *BEEF* defecient from just cutting it out for a while? Love and chi paul

      Hello,
      If you follow the 4-Day Rotation Diet in my book "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy!", your immune system will calm, and by keeping foods of different genus (genetic families) separate, as directed by the 4-Day Rotation Diet, you will begin noticing symptoms of various types when you eat any food you have intolerance to. Then you know to remove those foods for a period of three months to allow the immune system to become less reactive and try them again. If they still bother you, take another three months off. If after that you still have problems, it can take a year for your body to allow them without negative symptoms, or you may have to stay off that offensive food indefinitely.
      You can also do blood or saliva testing to determine your food allergies and what foods you have intolerance to and remove them as soon as you know what they are. The only challenge is that the tests are still not that accurate compared to an exclusion diet, which is essentially what a 4-day rotation diet is.
      You may be craving beef without realizing that you are actually craving the fat in the beef.

      Anything that stresses the adrenal glands chronically, and toxicity in the body, particularly mercury and other heavy metals, but many chemicals in both food and the environment can cause thyroid dysfunction.

    Paul, im putting some drops of lemon in my water
    I find that lemon detoxifies me.
    Does this count like tea as you said (i mean do i digest water because i put drops of lemon inside my water?)

      Hi, fresh, raw lemon juice is loaded with enzymes that aid digestion.
      That said, lemon juice is "food" and has to go through the digestive process, but fruits taken in absence of other foods digest very quickly.
      Just be careful with putting lemon juice in your water too often or in too great a quantity because it will eat the enamel off your teeth and you'll just have a new problem to deal with...

    Just because you salivate when someone's cooking "flesh foods", doesn't mean you need it. There is no research that suggests that meat eating is required in the human diet.
