1. click your video
2. On the upper left-hand side, select the second tab under "Effect Controls"
3. Under "Video", adjust the "scale" from under "motion" to see the difference in size
4. Optional: There's an "Audio Clip mixer" option for you to adjust the loudness of the volume
5. Look at what your audio track number is, and move the vertical looking [ - ] symbol around and adjust it to your liking

This was very close to what I wanted to do but not the same. What's happened is that the video I have recorded is the normal size but when put onto premier Pro it sees to have taken off shine of the top and bottom of the footage as if it's zoomed in but going into effects control and motion it only gave me the ability to expand and shrink what they already cropped and not let it be the size that it actually is.
