This is incredible, thank you! Just a heads up for others out there trying to figure out how to create a new sequence WITHOUT importing media (because the "New Item" icon was missing on my end), you can go to File > New > New Sequence, and you should be able to see the same settings as Anthony :)

Thank you, your proposed settings seem to address the audio issue, however I noticed that after exporting a video on Instagram from my iPhone the issue of audio clipping and distortion was still there a bit. I was wondering if you know how to fix it.

when you change the bitrate, the preset switches to custom from your suggested adaptive high bitrate

adaptive high bitrate preset is just a starting point

It seems that when I view the final clip on my computer all of the aspect ratios are correct but when I upload the video to Instagram from my computer the video is zoomed in and the format changes. Yes! I use a Google pixel! Try uploading over a stronger data connection like wifi!
