the reason why this guy gives off a pretty bad and fake vibe, even though i see and know he means it all well, is that he translates the process pretty badly. You are not supposed to believe in a fake reality of having something you dont have yet, because your vibe will feel unauthentic, just as this guy every time he gets insecure, asks intimidatingly if somebody has questions. The thing is: you are supposed to be happy with what you ALREADY have, that is the only thing that will authenticate you in front of anyone. Being happy with yourself, your achievements that you already did. So that you are able to tell yourself and others: you know despite everything, it was a pretty though ride getting at this point already but im glad i got myself here, and im working on it to get better. Because if you are not, you are presenting your achievements as if they were worth nothing. And ive seen people being happy with themself while just being an ugly old construction worker, their vibe is most of the time pretty careless and happy, not because they are faking it or because they are stupid, but because they are genuinely happy with themselves and get their confidence from a real sense of self. That is just an example that you dont even need much achievements to be happy with yourself, you can also be that with just being happy to be alive, to be in the experience, to be grateful. I myself did gain much achievements, and i got out of a really abusive parental household, but a sunny day can still rock my world sometimes. That is really the only guide on how to love and respect yourself and your journey, to find joy in the things you already have and to really appreciate it and others will feel that vibe. Otherwise you will hate your life no matter what woman you get, it will never be enough, its just a bad habit that really takes quite some practice to stop.

"What steps can I take to accomplish the most impactful results right now?"
Create a small steps process, knock out a bunch of bullet points and work your way up to the bigger tasks. Remember 5,280 ft equal a mile.
Focus on one foot in front of the other, just one step at a time.
Eventually you'll have covered a lot of distance and that's a mile(stone) worth celebrating.
Taking this approach helps me to snowball the initial momentum to steamroll larger obstacles with greater ease and consistent discipline because each day I challenge myself to find ways to increase my efficiency which is a way of game-ifying the workload into bite-sized chunks.

This is great content. I use these techniques everyday. I create my story and add the words “always” and “as usual” and say the story everyday. Things just happen and I notice things that happen in my life that are in my story that I have said to myself in my story. It feels really good.

I think he's focusing too much on self talk. Self talk is very important but it has its limitations. It has to be accompanied by an honest assessment of your own skills/strengths, and then taking realistic, attainable steps towards your goal. There is no quick trick anyone can learn to turn their life around, but saying that wouldn't make a great video. Everyone wants to learn a quick technique that's going to solve their problems, and that doesn't exist.

About energy: I had really great energy after going home from a party. It was already mid-day. I was buzzed and smiled to the world on the main street in Oslo, Karl Johan. I caught the eye of a cute girl on the other side of the quite busy street. She came straight over and gave me a kiss.
There is a biblical story about the badest of badasses at that time Nathan. For all his success he had a problem, an incurable skin disease. Long story short he comes in contact with a man of God who tells him through a servant simply- "Go bathe in the Jordan river and be made well". To which he immediately refused to do. The cure was too simple and was delivered to him without his accustomed fanfare. While in his rage about the situation, his servant calmed him down by saying "If you were asked to do something extremely difficult- you would have done it. What is the harm of doing this simple thing in order to be made well?"- I am sure you know the rest of the story. Spoiler alert- he followed directions and was cured. I think sometimes we allow our current story (accumulated percieved valor) to prevent us from writing a new one. It is always easier for good normal human beings to criticize a cure rather than to commit to it- especially when its simple. Thanks to those who posted this video and the speaker.

You can definitely identify as someone who takes great steps towards riches, but you can’t just identify as someone who has a million dollars. So, make this about your own behaviors, and let go of any external outcomes that you desired. Not just because you won’t be able to control the external outcomes, only your behavior, but also because you don’t want to limit yourself to the external outcomes that you have envisioned.

Some comments are focusing on other people's stories, and making their stuff a part of your experience. There are women out there for each of us. Here's a story: I attract the type of woman I want, all others are not in my life. Abundance. It doesn't mean being sucked into another's stupidity. Instead, like he said, your story is good at filtering out the undesireables. My Story: I'm MGTOW, RED PILLED, and I have plenty of fun along the way, with all the beautiful women that are good for me :-)

With all due respect, a lot of your audience sir just needs to take up martial arts. Preferably something that encourages team drilling and full contact but careful sparring. Martial arts create a social atmosphere made up of many different people who, in that class, have absolute trust in each other. Much of social interaction is based on moment to moment adaptation and nothing is more reactionary than slipping a jab in boxing.
The one superpower women posses is the ability to rationalize themselves into believing anything. If you are wealthy, stand to provide her security and treat her/and or your children well, you can look like a toad and she'll convince herself that you're prince charming. Thank god women don't go almost entirely off of looks like we men do, or no one would get laid except Chris Hemsworth.
