Modeling Chocolate Recipe
12 oz. vegan white chocolate
5 oz. corn syrup
Melt chocolate in the microwave until completely smooth. Fold in corn syrup until mixture pulls away from side of bowl. Turn mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Cover tightly and let sit until firm. (At least an hour). When ready, knead mixture for 5 minutes until smooth and pliable.
