This is the longest and most thorough video I've ever done. I hope you enjoy it! Feel free to share it on your pages if you like it and please watch an AD or 2 if you like. Have a great day and thanks for supporting my channel! Jeff
Thank you for such a thorough review. I love the fact that you compared all trim levels. It doesn't get better than this. It really helps with decisions making.
Hi Jeff! Thanks for posting this review. I realize it is 4 years old, but it helped me choose the right trim level for a used Highlander. I appreciate it.
I was so confused over the trim levels before finding this video. Jeff, thanks for making it crystal clear and fun to learn the differences. I will definitely be subscribing for more videos like this.
Jeff I appreciate your videos so much. My family and I enjoy your content just because you’re so informative and fun to see. We just love your vibe! Thank you for your information regarding the Toyota Highlander, I just bought one here at the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico. That’s how far you have come.
Frankly, I became a fan of the Highlander 2017, it is a really balanced car for the money. Used it for a three years. Tested 2020 - everything is fine, except adjustments to the driver's seat and seats in the back rows. There is less space than the Highlander 2017. In appearance, at first I was strongly opposed, then got used to it.
Man I love watching you soooo much that this is my first time leaving a comment on any RUclips video.... and I’ve been on RUclips for a verrrry long time . Keep it up
I like the way you show the car. It is nice of you and you very excellent explain everything about Highlander. I like a lot and thank you for information.
Thank you for your videos. You really know your stuff, and the trim comparison videos are great. This video helped my wife and I decide to purchase the Limited.
Your videos are so thorough and informative. More importantly, your use of movie and music references are the real key to your success!!! Hilarious!!! Jeff. In as much as all of the V6 Highlanders are rated to tow 5000 lbs, does that mean that each is equipped with the transmission oil cooler and an over sized radiator? My interest is in the 2020 Platinum, FWD. Thanks
Hi Jeff, Can the driver permanently turn off the auto stop/start feature? If not, would you please ask Toyota why they don't offer that as an option and let me know their answer. I image I'm not the only one who does not like the feature and never plans to use it. Thanks.
Well done. Since all the connected services are relatively new, showing the demo app on your phone and the different controls and information would be cool.
You like to sing, and make noises but it was very entertaining somehow. Got me to laugh at @4:09 haha Thank you for a good video. You covered it all well.
Do you think getting a hybrid XSE is possible Jeff? I went to a bunch of other videos, saying that they do , whole others said they do not have it in hybrid, can you clarify?
Great review! Does the L or LE have a digital speedometer display option? The LE sort of looked like it did when you were going through the Multi Information Display panel but it was a little hard to tell.
The second row bench seat is such a PITA if you have two car-seats in the second row... makes it impossible to access the 3rd row. You definitely need the 2nd row captains chairs if you have 2 or more car-seats.
When you were kneeling infront of the car you said the only difference between the L and LE is the LE has fog lights, but that's I think you actually meant the only difference on the front of the vehicle is this, because there are other safety features etc that are different.
Jeff, can you do a complete review on the 2020 Highlander Hybrid with the twelve-inch display and Navigation? I would also like to see a complete review on the 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE in super white with navigation and moonroof.
The Highlander’s door handles look exactly like the ones on the current 2019-20 RAV4. Can you verify that they’re the same door handles? (size, shape and type). Thanks, Jeff!
Jeff answer please, you probably know, in Highlander Limited 2020 with a standard 8-inch display, does the work of all-wheel drive torque shown on the dashboard? Two special ones (mud & sand / rocks & durty) are indicated, I know that, I'm talking about normal (regular) mode? Is it can be see on driver's dashboard during a regular drive, how was it in the Highlander of the previous model?
Ha Jeff ! Or any one who has a Highlander , my question , if you have 18 or 20 inch rims does that effect the height clearance ,or is it 8 inches still or does the 18 drop it to 6 inch clearance for the front ??
Very nice and detailed review - I went with the Limited edition in Blizzard pearl with a few added options like the 12.3" display, etc. I almost went with the Platinum trim but I saved over 2k as I didn't need the additional add-ons. For instance I would probably never use the Panoramic moon roof, or the digital rear camera, etc. Also I like the look of the chrome wheels over the Platinum's wheels. I went with a two toned interior so the black lower bumper actually ties in better with the overall look.
I loved this video. It helped me so much. Great quality and information. It would be nice if you could list the model of the car in the bottom corner of the screen so we know which model we are looking at while we are in each vehicle. I kept having to rewind the video because I would lose track.
I am confused. You say that you put your hand inside the door handle and the door unlocks and you put your finger on the two parallel lines on the door handle and it also unlocks. One should be for locking. I am not very convinced by the panoramic sun roof so I doing research to see what model has the option of no glass roof at all. I wish all the models offered the option of no glass roof because the sun heat can burn the skin quickly through glass. Even in Michigan the sun burns through the windshield window or any other glass window. I would buy a platinum with all the other features except for the glass roof that in a possible global warming future will become to hot and not be able to enjoy it.
Man too long video haha feel like watching movie 🎥 anyway thanks 🙏 though last week I visit my near Toyota dealerships to see in person omg Toyota is top of there suv 🚙 game 👍🏻👍🏻
I (we) have been looking forward to buying a new Highlander. Even though we don’t want some of the upgrades the Platinum has, we were willing to buy it anyway, just to get front passenger seat that adjusts up and down. What?? Even the top trim doesn’t have it?? So now, we will be looking at a Lexus RX, or maybe waiting for the 2021 Highlander first to see if it will be offered. 🤷🏻♂️
I DO NOT like the front grill at all! Looks like a stinkin Chrystler. My wife said the rear quarter panels all puffed out makes it look like a Dodge Durango! What the HELL Toyota??? I loved the new dash and features but the new styling outside means I will not be trading in my 2018 Highlander. Really bummed out.

Jeff, I just want to say Thanks for taking the time to do this comparison video.
Jeff, A 46 minute video puts you in Martin Scorsese territory.
Thank you for such a thorough review. I love the fact that you compared all trim levels. It doesn't get better than this. It really helps with decisions making.
The best review I've seen. Good job. Congratulations!
Wow. First time seeing all trims in one video. It’s really hard just to find one!

Ali Alijev Are you going to buy it? I might get the limited platinum!!!
The LE and XLE are gonna sell like hot cakes!

Rod Brown they’re already on sale
Now I know all the differences between all the trim level great review my friend
Am I the only one who likes how the rims on the L and LE look on the car
I purchased on and it is the only thing I don't like. Interesting that you mentioned the rims.
Toyota owes this man a check.
Best comparison video on the highlander. Thanks so much Jeff!

no remote start, i will pay 3k more for the limited
@@modernsoccer1860 plus cooled seats and 11 speakers
Waiting for the XSE highlander !
Love your detailed videos, thank you!
Deer grazing up in the tree,s ? at night ,ive never seen that.lol. As always a great review with lots of humor thrown in,thanks.
Well done. Since all the connected services are relatively new, showing the demo app on your phone and the different controls and information would be cool.
WOW, huge amount of information, Thanks for doing the video
I cant wait for the Highlander XSE! I like the Limited 2 wheel drive.
Dude you really are the best 👌
17:42 --> Jeff be like: *hesitation...nope* 😂
You like to sing, and make noises but it was very entertaining somehow. Got me to laugh at @4:09 haha Thank you for a good video. You covered it all well.

can you get remote start in xle?
Great comparison
LE is the best value if u don’t care about leather sun roof and other bells and whistles
LE should be base model, or the L with the 2.7 to keep price around 30k
Im sure of them can be discounted Heavily. Like $4-5k on them all.
Or more
Great review! Does the L or LE have a digital speedometer display option? The LE sort of looked like it did when you were going through the Multi Information Display panel but it was a little hard to tell.
Toyota should add the Highlander to their TRD line up.
Toyotajeff in Raleigh
XimerTracks - Sub To Me wooohooo!
We want the Highlander to be a bigger SUV. Waiting for the 2021 Highlander.
The second row bench seat is such a PITA if you have two car-seats in the second row... makes it impossible to access the 3rd row. You definitely need the 2nd row captains chairs if you have 2 or more car-seats.
Is there a Premium or Convenience package available on the LE? Can a Panoramic sunroof be optioned into the Limited?
Great video! Which trims have remote start ?

Thanks for this video. Keep going👍👌
The songs were great 😂
Steve Winwood, Bring me a highlander... hilarious lol!
Hi there, where are the XSE and SE Sport trim levels?
34:31 bravo!
Great Job apprecate this post
Will they make a 2021 SE? other than the 2021 XSE
Love love your videos!
Jeff, can you do a complete review on the 2020 Highlander Hybrid with the twelve-inch display and Navigation? I would also like to see a complete review on the 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE in super white with navigation and moonroof.
That USB port up front next to the two 2.1A ports is for CP/AA
edit: NVM, I see you figured it out in the Limited.
The Highlander’s door handles look exactly like the ones on the current 2019-20 RAV4. Can you verify that they’re the same door handles? (size, shape and type). Thanks, Jeff!
Thanks for this bro

Thanks for the great work! Can I know why the price in the US is much higher than Canada, considering the conversion rate too?
Hello sir
You has highlighted 2021 ? Or not yet ?
Thanks
Best regards

609! Hello 609...ya' keep comin' in here...
Do you sell a base level 4 runner no sunroof,no running boards ,standard radio ,17 inch tires ,heated seats, dual climate contols and distance sensors
douglas murphy no I don’t think you can get the sensors and dual climate controls on an SR5 level
V6 no CVT where do i sign!!!!!! 😀
You should do this in a Toyota speedo
I like everything except the front end. I can't get by the grimace.
how come the xse is so late to the party
I’m glad Jeff doesn’t work at my Toyota dealership cause I would end up acting up movies with him and paying at least 10k over msrp…
is this a GDI engine?
No, both port and direct I believe
Where is the SE model?
