  • This workout is great for strengthening your abs, especially after a tough cardio session. Mixing cardio with this intense ab routine really energizes me. You can do the exercises without weight or use something else (like a full bottle) instead of the dumbbell. (The weight I used = 7,5kg) 🔥
    My Tips:
    - Keep your abs and core tight throughout the entire workout, especially during exercises targeting your abs.
    - Make sure your lower back stays flat on the mat. Lower your legs only as far as comfortable, even if there's minimal motion. Maintain tension, keep your lower back on the mat, and engage your core!
    - If your neck hurts during the exercises, lay your head on the mat and continue.
