Hi BD. If I want to focus on increasing the size of my Gland/Head can I just use a Sleve on the Shaft leaving the Gland exposed and use a Vaccume Pump? Because the Vaccume Bell can't be detained from retracting upon applying pressure. Please advise
I tried intervals but found it caused a lot more edema for me than static pumping. Any opinions on slow squash jelqs? They seem to help reduce edema but I am not sure they if they are really effective in gains.

the PMP pump has shown me that the bathmate is highly over priced
