Amanda Ocampo I did something embarrassing in my zoom class and as soon as I realized my camera I started panicking saying “NO NO NO NO SHIT NONON NONONO” and then after class on WhatsApp they were taking about it but the problem was I didn’t know if they were talking about me cursing or the camera and I can’t ask anyone because mind you it’s a NEW school and I don’t have friends there and I’m pretty sure everyone doesn’t like me because some times I get angry in class and start ranting and my attitude is just kinda shit even I agree on that and idk why I’m so angry all the time and just hate my attitude towards ppl and everyone.

-cried over being yelled at by a teacher
-forgot to wear underwear??? (In defence of this i was very young)
-vomited in public

-not understanding what people said and replying in the complete opposite way i should have
-my stomach making noise when class is silent
-accidentally video called one of those creepy bot accounts on insta when i had just woke up and he picked up
-slipped over on the bus and fell onto someone
-forgot pads and bled through clothes
-had everything fall out of my bag while walking
-forgetting how to spell simple words when texting and having to google it
-nobody wanted to be in a group with me for presentations or pe teams
-crying over a dude who doesnt even care about me
-had a panic attack at the dentists
-accidentally sent my teacher a picture of my foot
-cried in class many times
-got asked out by my crush and ran away (it did not go well)

I have social anxiety as well and that’s how I always get myself embarrassed. Like for example today I was talking to this kids and I agreed with this other kid that I stayed up late too but watching Netflix and because of me being made fun of from my family for watching Kdramas I told these kids that I watched outer banks and when they said what season I said season 3 episode 2 😭. For me what happened was really bad. I’m one of the top students in my class and one time we were having a test on hindi and i learned everything but i forgot one line of the last stanza and i asked my friend. She told me and i was super happy because i thought I’ll mostly get full mark. But then they found people who cheated because someone reported them and they let them retest, i wasn’t one of them thankfully. But on the day of the distribution of the test paper, the teacher distributes other’s test paper but not mine. He tells the girl in the first bench to exchange with me and told other students to give me paper and announced i was gonna retest. I was confused but knew i would ace it. As i was under a lot of pressure i started to forget the stuffs i learned. Sir noticed i was a little slow i think so he called me over to his desk and let me write next to him, where i was, everyone could see me and i was so scared. It felt so embarrassing because he only gives un-announced retests to the people who cheated (I’m pretty sure one of the girls who hate me in my class reported me lol). And there i forgot the last stanza again. Deja vu? Pretty much. I was shaking as i was writing. To other’s, getting caught of cheating ain’t a big deal but to me it really is. As i was getting stuck for too long sir just told me to submit my paper before i even checked it. And i got a 5/10. I was so shocked with my performance. Now he’s fully convinced that i one hundred percent cheated. Completely ruined the little reputation i had. Now I don’t wanna go to school but i have to so. Yeah. It sucks.

Remembrance assembly at school- we are getting ready to leave to the assembly and I'm walking down the hall along with everyone else and then BOOM my pants fell down! I ran away while everyone laughed pointed and screamed... I looped back downstairs to grab my phone from the class... And ran out and ran home. I cried and cried and this me talking right after it happened... I just got home. This honestly helped me, as a teenage girl, something happened to me not so long ago. Well my teacher litteraly HUMILIATED me infront of the whole class so alot of my classmates laughed at me and i feel like runnimg out of the whole country and going back to where i originally came from ( not where i live now )
So i guess, its better to forget than remember and people’s opinion on YOU doesn’t matter. Being yourself is what matters and feeling comfortable, you know? not feeling forced to who you want to be or how people want you to be. But still now i feel embarrassed on showing my face to THAT class so i always wore a mask and a hoodie telling them the excuse “i’m sick i don’t want to affect anyone so i wear these” lol

3. Make a joke about a situation. For example if you trip in front of public, jokingly say: huh? what happened? I didn't notice anything

Well some people turn REAL red when something embarrassing happened, like me the other day in class I did a prank to my table partner and then he got kinda mad so I apologized and my friends heard me and thought I said “Sorry Baby” when really I said “Sorry Benny” And I was caught off guard and I was blushing just a bit. Then we were all laughing...I turned even more red. After that my friend said “Dang your so red!” And another said “Like a tomato” and some guys looked at me and I was starting to feel hot. I try to control it but it didn’t work out 😂

- I farted in second grade in music class and everyone was quiet
-I face planted every damn time it was my turn to run in flag football
- I threw up on someone in 3rd grade
-I fell off my chair in class and everyone stared at me
- I got into the wrong car on accident because it looked just like my mom’s.
- In 4th grade I was day dreaming in class when all of a sudden my math teacher called on me and asked me what was on the board and I said “An L?” And he then told me it was a right angle. Safe to say I got so embarrassed I made sure to memorize everything about angles .
-I took a screenshot of a chat and my stupid self sent the screenshot to the same person I took the screenshot of.
-I fell down the stairs during the first few months of my freshman year and people laughed, my sensitive ass almost started crying because of how embarrassed I was.
- I thought someone was waving at me but they were waving at someone else.
(There’s a few more things that’s happened to me but I’m too lazy to keep typing)

It's hard to get over embarrassment but the important thing to remember is this: Have you ever sat down and thought about anybody else's embarrassing moments? Well assuming the answer is no, then it's safe to not be afraid that others will be thinking of your embarrassing moments. Idk if that helped and I haven't watched the video yet so maybe she said that but oh well.

-over clapped a rave fan when I was really drunk Infront of my crush at the time
- got my period in middle school and bleed through my pants had to walk through the hall way with blood
-released silent gas in a house full of people at a party (I was contemplating death at this point Bc someone called it out that it smelled and I knew it was me this has got to be the worst one.)
-gave a bunch of people unnecessary water when they didn’t need it Bc I was really drunk and being too nice (maybe not embarrassing for you but for me yes Bc these people are mean) oh yeah one of them was my crush at the time
- made a school project and did everything wrong on it I had to present to it to the class it was horrible the teacher was like this isn’t what you were suppose to do.
- got period blood on my ex’s pants when we were only talking ( he was really sweet about it but literally was digging my grave the minute it happened)
-told my crush at the time I had a crush on him and he posted it on his Instagram story and I almost cried because I never do that :(
-busted my butt in heels at the club someone got pictures of the process of me falling
-kissed a guy while he was smiling on accident
-was on twitter and porn popped up and my air pods were still connected to my phone and my dad put one in his ear and heard 2 seconds of Twitter porn. (FUCK U TWITTER PORN I’m over it now but holy fuck.)
I hope these made someone feel less embarrassed I am actually the most over thinking person you could ever meet and I’m still here surviving extremely cringe moments. I really have a lot of courage expressing this. We are human we burp poop and toot it is okay it never happened to me again only once and I honestly have no shame at this point. to all those people that made fun of me don’t act like nothing embarrassing has ever happened to you growing up suck a chode.

yeah that's a little similar to something that happened to me in PE except nothing like my undies showed. We we're doing these warm-ups where they make us do some stupid stuff and run across the gym and theres this one that everyone perfects but its so complicated, like you have to cross your legs in a certain way WHILE you're running and I normally just run so I don't fall or anything but the teachers were looking in my direction so I didn't want to get in trouble. Long story short, I tried to do it and ended up tripping and face planting in front of at least 50 people. That was a bad day...
One time this girl jumped out and tried to scare me, thinking I was someone else. Not only did I not get scared, I didn't say anything and walked away, I remembered that it happened and thought about how fucking stupid they probably felt, and I felt like I was gunna have a heart attack out of embarrassment for them.

1) I farted in gym once and it echoed (2nd grade)
2) I couldn't open a door when my teacher told me (5th grade)
3) drinked 5 cartons of milk under in less than 6 minutes ended up throwing up and it came out of my nose (4th grade)
4) got scared and ran, I got my hair pulled (my sister laughed at me)
5) peed on myself in 1st grade had to go to the principal office and had to walk in the hall while the older kids were in the halls sitting down
6) I was playing tag one time and was close to base and I wanted to do a cool slide ended up having a stick get stuck on my knee (4th grade)
