Jealousy makes me feel a similar feeling to heartbreak. That sharp fluttery pain I feel in my heart. It makes me ANGRY and depressed.
I got depression because of Jealousy. It’s so painful it takes your soul away.
It’s so hard that you even think about making the most evil choices that comes to your own favor. Which is painful 💔

I learned to accept that part of myself. That I do get jealous. And it's completely ok and part of human nature. Doesn't at all make you a bad person. You don't know how much of what you said resonates with me deeply. Makes me feel like I'm not the only one with this nature (I'd rather call it nature than problem).

I get jealous on my discord server but I don’t tell anyone because I don’t want to hurt them, Mostly because their talents..I keep my emotions suppressed so I don’t hurt anyone with my jealousy…it’s a horrible feeling of anger, anxiety, and loneliness and heartbreak
I get jealous when I see that life is hard on me and easier on others and I’m in survival mode and miss average doesn’t know what that feels like but we make an active choice to make me feel like shit .

its because you concentrate guilty on yourself, stop with it ..think that you have a variety of people to comunicate ,and that you have the skills to comunicate with other people and to have other friends ,so suddenly the people you value the most are not the only ones in your life ..and you don't feel so attached ..but the real deal is to work on yourself , instead of being addicted to your friends and romantica interrest ,be addicted to your own inner game , because that way you will not get the fear of being alone ..its dificult as shit ,but its possible to you.

Yea me too its ridiculous I deal with it walking down the street everywhere I go, I'm in really good shape and I'm a handsome guy so I've been told. I dealt with it in high school, college at my job. I often keep to myself because people show me their true jealous colors. People get most upset when I show that I'm interested in someone romantically, they try to cock block, its irritating.

I find out that I feel that way, because I think of that person as myself: Because I'm capable of doing something, they are too... it's such a terrible thought, since you project your features into someone else (like a mirror); even though you know they are different from you. It sucks to say you love someone and then not trusting them. Be careful, you might end up being the one cheating and hurting other people :(

Take a deep breath. It will all be okay. Jealousy is a temporary feeling. Everyone experiences it and it’s normal. You are absolutely perfect and amazing just the way you are. I’m jealous right now as I’m typing this, but I’m learning to control my emotions better. You can do it I believe in you
But my jealously is so adnormal it causes me to manipulate others with no empathy. My jealously is sooo adnormal and its intense and unstable until it fades away I'm here with false hope and all manic

looking back at this comment i honestly can't say that much has changed. i know that sounds kinda depressing, but it's the truth. also, when i posted this comment I wasn't being completely honest. yes, i was struggling with intense jealousy and envy, but it wasn't because of other people's success, it was because i hated every part of myself. I thought i was ugly and i hated my personality. i was just embarrassed to admit that those were the things that were causing my jealousy. like many of u said in the replies as well as other comments, jealousy makes u feel crazy. you get possessed by intrusive thoughts and stuck in a dark place. i still obsess over certain situations. for example if i like someone, i have to find out if they're talking to someone or if they have a crush. and if i don't know, that'll become the only thing on my mind. I'm still very insecure and far from loving myself, but I'd like to think I'm on the road to self-acceptance. i used to justify my jealousy by thinking 'well I don't have jealous outbursts where i hurt someone's feelings'. i used to think that not acting on that jealousy and just holding it in was fine. I thought that that's just who i am and I'm unable to change that. but it's not true that you're not hurting anyone. you're hurting yourself. stop hurting your own feelings. you deserve to be happy and love and be loved. my best piece of advice for now would be to at least distract yourself. fill up your day so that u don't have time to think about these irrational things your brain comes up with.

I jealous when i see my beloved cousin laughing and having great time with someone.
I get jealous when my girlfriend looks like she’s having a better time with others than with me. When she’s laughing more and seems happier. This guy that just gets me mad is always there with her when I’m not and they’re always talking and she’s always smiling and laughing with him and I hate that I’m jealous because I know they are just friends. I know it. But I can’t shake the feeling. I hate it. Jealousy is a disease and I need help :(.
Remind yourself that the relationship isn’t forever and try not to claim something that is for everyone. Dealing with jealous ppl is a pain so don’t put her through that, even if it hurts you u have to know that it’s her life and she can laugh and talk to whoever end of conversation.

Taylor Santiago well, I realized that whatever is meant to come to me will eventually come. So there’s really no need to be jealous because when you always remember your worth, you know what you deserve will come. Also, jealousy is human so you have to accept that but you can’t let it become too much. You know?

I get the most jealous when my “friends” leave me out of late night group calls, hangouts, group chats, etc, and then continuously talk about it when they know I don’t know the context.

I would probably just go there to be with my friends and not looking antisocial. In the aftermath I would not have any fun because of the activity we engaged in. So in the end it is better not to invite someone because they can be scared to not agree on the invitation.

Sometimes I just get so jealous of this one specific person. They have everything I want like good style, good friends, good personality, and I always feel like I'm comparing myself to them. I feel like no matter what I do they're always going to be better and always have more original and creative ideas than me. And I know that they arent perfect and that they have problems as well, but for some reason no matter how hard i try I still want to be like that person. I know that I'm the problem here, and that I just cant be that person. I can't become somebody else no matter how much I try. But I still feel bad about everything I do. I dont want to feel like I'm copying them but for some reason I still feel like I do even for small things like having the same style, or liking the same band. I just want to feel like my own person and stop trying to be someone else. I'm the problem here not them. I hate myself and cant figure out who I am and that's the problem.

I feel the exact same way honestly lol. Do you ever feel like you copy the way their life went or is going? Like for me, the person I'm jealous of (a celebrity) sang in restaurants and stuff like that at 14 years old. I'm currently 14. I feel as if I gotta sing publicly now. I think very similarly to her. I've just learned that I can make my own creative ideas the same way she does. If in any way you can, maybe put a twist on her style. Or take tips on how she's nice. Stuff like that, you can still take inspiration from someone and not be a carbon copy of them. It's almost impossible to not be like someone we look up to.

I think I have just had my own strategy now:
Step1: Write down what makes you jealous (just like the video has mentioned)
Step2: Think about that and try to figure it out how you can change it ( because I think people get jealous about what they don't have)
Example: if you jealous about other people are having more money and friends than you. Let's think about your problem . You can try to study harder to have a better job and challenge yourself talking with strangers.
Step3: You must realise that people have their own life and their own experiences. They cannot have your experience and you cannot see what their lives are going through. Your experience is unique ! Be positive!

you're going to find people prettier than you, smarter than you, more athletic than you, more talented etc. but there's no need to get jealous. I know I'm kinda late but...I have to disagree. Having a relationship is not a privilege. I myself have never been involved in one either however it's not like you're born into having relationships often. I don't know your life so I won't judge your social abilities but if it gnaws on you too much that you're not in a relationship, TRY AND GET INTO ONE. You'll probably be a lot happier in the end. As we read in Isaiah 53, “by his stripes we are healed.” In place of that jealousy father God I pray that you fill me with the fruit of joy for others as long as I live surrender to you God through Jesus the savior, help me to rejoice with those who rejoice, help me to still be able to mourn with those who mourn and bring them your comfort, not just mine, you have a good plan for me and you bless the humble who seek you according to Jeremiah 29:11-13, help me have a spirit of empathy and I reject and tell the spirit of jealousy to go according to John 14 authority in Jesus name, by faith, that it is out of me. It’s always OK to pray for the will of God over your life, you can know how to do this by praying Scripture God is not a genie where you use your words for charismatic witchcraft trying to get the world to work out the way you want it to, God‘s ways are higher than our ways, but there’s nothing wrong with praying against the spirit of jealousy and praying for the Holy Spirit to take over in those areas of your life by putting on the fruits of the spirit after you put off the schemes of the Devil who is real but not as powerful as what Christ did for us by sacrificing himself on the cross so we don’t have to live in sins defeat.
I actually wrote a statement above explaining this more with scripture quotes. Typically people call the spirit of jealousy, the reptilian spirit of leviathan, and Leviathan must leave you in Jesus‘ name,

For me it’s seeing others have love from their mom and dad, their siblings, or having a boy friend and girl friend in general. I feel so unloved and unwanted sometimes every time I see some one hugging or kissing I get so sad and angry I just walk away and get far away from all of them.

Reading the comments and watching this video really helped me finally open my eyes. I have seriously bad jealousy which mixes in with my really bad anxiety. I'm always jealous of other people's intelligence, beauty, accomplishments, talents, etc. I also have a boyfriend and every time he mentions a girl's name, I get that jealous feeling. But I read a few comments saying how they shouldn't let that jealousy feeling consume you and to see the bigger picture. This video as well helped me control the jealousy feeling too. I hope I get even better soon for I am still struggling every now and then.
There is no satisfying answer or solution to feeling jealous or envious. You can only scientifically understand it because it is irrational feeling. You know that other are better, prettier, more talented and smarter than you. You know that others make more money and have more comfortable life than you. You know that others are experiencing more interesting lives than you. Yet, you still feel that because they have it and you don't. It gets even worse when you try to experience same things as them and you fail at it. It can make you depressed and feeling worthless and hopeless. You know that feeling is not productive and overall not good for you. It makes you feel worse than others. Even when you choose to not think about it, you still don't get that satisfaction that everything is alright. You wish you had it like others, had that money, fame, talents, interests. It is unquestionable and it is a challenging problem and I don't see any solution for it. Even when you find something that interests you more, you find some hobby there will be others in the same field that are better than you so it will make you still jealous and envious. I can't see any fix to it. If you have please explain it scientifically, what happens in brain, what are real solutions that can make you get rid of that feeling. Is it even possible? Doesn't it make us human to be jealous/envious?
I kinda agree. I go to this Middle School, but some rich people and my best friend goes to a nicer school. I have seen a few pictures of the school, and it looks nice. I am kinda jealous my best friend made a new best friend and it makes me feel bad.

I agree, Ms. Hines. Amen. It is so easy to give in to jealousy, and/or comparing ourselves against others. We all feel jealousy to varying degrees. But avoid this we must. (The easiest choice is not always the best one.) Get help if one has to; one doesn't have to do it alone. One should never compare oneself to any individual other than oneself. Because each and every last person is in a different set of circumstances from each and every other last person. The road called life is a journey, not a competition, contest, or race. Again, we all deal with this green demon. Lord knows I have, and still struggle with it.
Only thing we should understand is that each human being is unique. Start loving the uniqueness of you.win the hearts of people by improving yourself. Understand that it is impossible to make everyone love us. When you are progressing you will definitely have haters in the list. Take it positively .and concentrate on improving yourself mentally and physically .start doing regular exercise and keep your body fit .follow your passion. Have good haircut. Don't give up studies. If you are already working also study whatever you like by part time. Remember people not only like good looking people but also the ones who is hardworking, artistic, or it could be any kind of self improvement. So don't wait. Just through your self for your improvement. I bet there will be people who die to become friends with you if you do this. Gradually you will earn respect and love.

I get jealous when I hear my friends have been hanging out without me. I think I've more narrowed down whats made me so insecure over the years, and my best guess so far is I have had so many friends that ditch me, I get scared my current group of friends is going to split up, one of them streams and the ones I go to, it always makes me super jealous when she talks about hanging out with this other group, it makes the one we're in together feel super irrelevant, and that it's only a matter of time before I just become another person who watches a stream to her.

I get jealous WAY too easily. My best friend could literally just open the door for somebody else and not me and I would be jealous. This is why I have fights with my best friend. SAME except in music form. I'm currently 14 and want to become a music artist when I grow up. I see so many kids singing so well already while I barely gave interest in music less than a year ago. It makes me feel a little disappointed in myself, as if there's a certain age I was supposed to start singing. I haven't even told my parents yet. So yes I very much feel you. But just remember that you still have so many years to improve just like they have! Everyone has different paces in life, some faster and some slower. Of course it isn’t good to be jealous but remember that avoiding that feeling will probably make it worse. I know it’s hard but try to accept those feelings, don’t push them away and don’t think that you shouldn’t or aren’t allowed to feel this way. I have a friend that I was jealous of because it felt like she was better in every way and there was nothing that I could do about it. Something that helped for me was getting a hobby that I really enjoyed. It made me feel like I was good at something. Well maybe you already have one, I don’t know you.
Try to identify if it is a feeling or a thought, is your friend is super smart and perfect or do you feel like she is? I doubt she is perfect in every way. If she is better than you at something it’s okay to just accept that, during your whole life you are gonna meet people who are super smart or very good at other things and that’s okay. Try to focus on yourself a little more and compare yourself to others a little less. Be proud of the things you do in your life, even if it’s just small things. I think that might be the reason getting a new hobby helped me. Even if I’m not the best and there are people half my age who are ten times better then me, It made me something to be proud of. I slowly became more accepting of the fact the my friend was smarter than me and better at other things too and instead I became more happy for her.
So I guess what I’m trying to say is:
Get a hobby, something to be proud of
Accept that your friend is better than you in some ways, that’s just life
Compare yourself a little less to others
Accept your feelings
And also, work on your self confidence, I know that’s easier said than done but there are probably lots of RUclips videos that can help you with it

I GET JEALOUS A LOT OF TIMES. I'm probably just made out of jealousy. But when I'm jealous, no one can ever sense it. I might be dying from jealousy but I have this really insistence in me to not show it. that's why it always feels worse than it should. First of all, I'm jealous of that one girl in my class, she's not my BFF but we are very very very close. I love her so much, yet her existence in my life just bothers me to death. To make it short, SHE'S AMAZING. she's very pretty, in a handsome way...you get me? but that's not what I'm jealous of. It's because she attracts a lot of girls in my school. Like my female teacher once told her "you're very handsome I'm almost in love with you" And my classmates always tell her how "sexy" she is to them. And how she would be gorgeous in both genders, and how they'd surely want to marry her if they didn't find suitable boys. I'm jealous because I want to easily attract people too. She's incredibly smart, she's very good at mathematics. If anyone needed help she would always be the first they would proceed to. I'm smart but not as her. She's very creative, when we are in a whole-class project, my classmates naturally choose her to bring the ideas, and she always succeeds and we usually win the competition because of her idea. She knows how to draw, whistle, hack, she's good in computer programming and editing. how to play basketball and tennis, very good with money and business. She's tall, which makes her more attractive. In case of any incidents she's the first one we'd get her opinion/suggestions. If the whole class wants to go to a specific place but only she doesn't we'd immediately cancel it. Her birthday parties are always the biggest. Yet she's still humble and down to earth, and that's exactly what makes me jealous. She has very beautiful eyes....her smile is too perfect. My younger sisters love her so much, maybe even more than me. SHE HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR I REPEAT A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR! she speaks in a cool tone too. Her laugh is cute. She has a nice body. People LOVE to hug her and play with her hair. yeah....I guess that's it.
The thing is...I kinda possess some of her abilities too, it's just that I'm not approachable as her. maybe because I'm really short and skinny....and ugly.....ugly hair as well. I CRAVE FOR ATTENTION. Imagine someone who CRAVES attention but DOESN'T GET ANY. that's why I'm jealous of her. I want to be as loved and as perfect as she is. But I really don't think that's happening. Well, at least I wrote it all down...I feel like I've gotten everything out of my heart.

Ok here's my jealousy. It's quite stupid actually. It's about Pokemon Sun and Moon....
Ok so as most people know, Pokemon Sun and Moon just came out. I was so exited to get it because I have enough money to buy it. My friend texted me this morning and told me that she had gotten Pokemon Moon. I asked her if it was only for 3Ds because I knew she had one. She said that it was only for 3Ds. That's when I got mad. I have a DSi (I know it's old don't judge it's what I have). All my other friends have a 3Ds and probably are able to buy the game. What's worse is that I can't even enjoy the Pokemon games. Pokemon Go doesn't work on my phone so I have to play on my dad's phone, but my dad is always at work and I have school for most of the day. My DS is old, I don't know where it is, and I don't have the right one to play the games. So I'm stuck playing online games like DelugeRPG.
I know I'm making a big deal over a game and you guys might think it stupid but it's the jealousy I have
It's great to see so many comments admitting their jealousy. Some of us here have taken an important step to dealing with jealousy just by watching and understanding this video.
It's okay to feel jealous. It's obviously not ideal, but we have to deal with it. And even if you don't solve your jealousy, you're already trying to understand it, and that counts for a lot.

I use to be jealous and I mean really jealous of this one girl. Because she was super rich and ignorant and I was super poor and trying to just survive day to day. Since then we became enemies but I learned a important lesson that is instead of being jealous learn how to play the game. By being smart, wise and cunning instead of jealous and fearful you can also attain wealth and even surpass anyone you might of been jealous of.

The jealousy you get when people all around you are finding love. The jealousy you feel when you see someone amazing in nearly every way. The jealousy you feel when you see someone achieving every luxury in life and you're still in a stage of uncertainty, etc.
All this makes me feel bad because I want every girl to motivate other girls. And here I am feeling jealous which makes me feel like "I don't practice what I preach". I know I don't let my thoughts of jealousy effect my actions but the thought in itself kills me everyday. It makes me feel like "I am toxic", when on the other hand I hate toxicity and toxic people. I feel like a hypocrite, and guess what, I hate hypocrite people. Am I making sense?
How do you deal with it? Like, how? I try my best to not let my jealous thoughts effect my actions, but now I am too tired of all this. Because I have to paste a fake smile across my face and supress my jealous feelings, and I know it's for the good, but now it feels exhausting. Everything you said is spot on. I feel you. Is it really Jealousy though? Example. I have sisters who are financially responsible and seemingly "better" but I feel so frustrated because no matter how much they have or how good at "saving" they are, they still find a way to complain, compete and copy the neighbors and my self. Trying to outshine every one and always being miserable and spiteful towards others. I find that I don't feel jealousy it's more of a frustration when their low self esteem and self worth that is concealed and showered with "sweaty try hard", "look at me!" energy 😄 next time you think you feel jealousy really get down to the root of it until you find the "why?" and remind yourself you're not a failure. Compete with yourself. Do things for yourself, not for praise of others and only you're own. Then you'll notice you won't feel jealous or anything of that nature. There's a time and spotlight for everyone and everyone is worthy. Usually the ones who don't care much about it have it longer. Best wishes for you.
Thanks, I needed it. My friend is visiting Japan and Japan is my dream spot. It was my dream for most of my life. I am getting super jealous because I don’t like the feeling of my friend for filling my dream. Also, when she gets back, she is going to be talking about it all the time. That makes me more jealous. This helps, but I am still feeling jealous. And, I know, I am great for what I have.

I know it's a little late to bring this up, but I wish I'd seen this video and others like it a lot sooner. Went through a very similar situation when my best friend went to Japan, and not only did I not keep that jealousy under control, it went nuclear in the worst way possible, and I very nearly lost his friendship in the process. Three others stopped talking to me entirely, and only regained two of those friends over time. Ultimately, the two of us did end up going to Japan together, but it felt awkward at times because of what went down beforehand, and I lost him to illness last year. I implore anyone reading - PLEASE do not repeat this mistake. Don't let it get to you. Your time will come, far sooner than you think.

hello honey! i came to this video for the exact same reason. i am jealous just as you are and just as everyone else has been. being jealous is something that we all experience, whether it is dramatic or not. being reassured feels nice in the moment but if those around you constantly have to do it they will get tired. as the video says, take into mind how you feel, and how the other person/people feel. you have to remember that your boyfriend picked you over these girls. he wanted you because you are unique. you do not have to be like those other girls to be “beautiful” or “better” and you shouldn’t focus so hard on the jealousy that you ruin what you have. i know it just as well as you do when it comes to comparing yourself and feeling jealous, and when you realize that you are amazing and your boyfriend loves you more than those other girls, you will feel much happier. i am always here to talk if you need. i hope you feel better, i know it’s been 4 months since you commented this but i hope this helps! ❤️ lots of love ♡

When I confronted him he said I'm always overreacting that's why I felt like I had issues. When we broke up I came back to him crying and he admitted that he was being dry to me on purpose cause the way I acted annoyed him and he wanted to hurt me. I cried a lot and my heart is broken till this day. We've been together for 2 years and he was my first boyfriend and love....now I'm trying to get over it but he keeps texting as if nothing happened but if I show any slight interest he ignores me again. Well, I'm usually known as the "art kid" in class. I always draw and draw like crazy! I never really showed anyone my drawings tho because I know they suck. Buuuuuuttt, one day, we we're doing an art presentation and this one perfect girl who rarely even draws showed her drawings to the whole class. Her drawings are amazing!! They are super duper good. It's like, she's been drawing her whole life and is a professional. I used to be jealous at her because she can do everything perfectly but now that I know that she can draw better than me when drawing is my only talent, I kinda lost it and had a mental breakdown inside of my room. It kinda just hurts and I am indeed jealous...
Awww don't feel sad. Strive it if it's your passion! For me, I gave up arts bc I gave in to my jealousy. Imagine how much I would improve this day if I keep on practicing. I hope this is a lesson for you as well. Never stop! Fighting!

There's this one girl that I can't help but be jealous of. She let me see her grades, and all throughout the year she had made 100s and one or two 99s and 98s. She has a lot of friends, her artistic skills are way above my own, she's super pretty, and she's crazy smart. She's at the top when it comes to her cello playing abilities and I feel like she's superior to me on so many levels.
The only things I /think/ I have above her is my writing ability and overall maturity. I'm not that pretty, my grades are lower than hers, and I'm as introverted as one can get.
She seems too perfect in my book, like one of those Mary Sue characters, and I can't help but feel a pang of jealousy whenever I'm around her, though I never express my true feelings about it.

As an artist, jealousy and insecurity are feelings I face daily especially since you see so much talent online. The most bothersome part for me is how I'm jealous of my friends for being more talented than I am. I feel extremely envious of my best friend to the point that everytime I think of her, I can’t help but feel angry and sad towards myself. She seems to have more and better skills, potential, and accomplishes than me. I can’t help but feel more down about myself because of it.

Most jealous people calm down when they get reassurance from their partners, honestly, I think it's sick how people nowadays (including this video) are quick to blame the jealous person and just don't mention the most effective way to handle it.

I admit that I am jealous of a girl in my school because she is rich, popular, skinny, pretty and perfect. I realized that I'm insecure of myself. I am going to resolve this by focusing on ME. Not her. I know i'm not perfect, but i bet she messes up too sometimes.

I don't think telling people is a good idea all the time. For example, many of my friends are getting married and having babies. They found someone they love. Should I just go up to them and say"hey, I saw your post about how happy your married life is and I'm jealous", especially our relationship is actually great? If I say something there will be a knob in our relationship.

This might sound far fetched but my dad told me he doesn’t get jealous. I said how and why? He told me he felt jealous at one point in his life, but caught himself and prayed to God to take that spirit away. And just like that it was gone. I know he still get jealous though, we’re human. He just handles it in a mature way and tries to look on the bright side. The positive side. That’s what I’m learning to do. Not be jealous of anybody. In stead , congratulate them, and praise God that their blessed. For God will bless you too. Why would I get jealous of things that are temporary, when I have a God who loves me and Knows what He desires for me.
But here’s another thing. When the other person is jealous with you. You have a talk with them. Tell them something good about there selves. Give encouragement. But if the jealousy is too much to bear, which will turn into envy, don’t be afraid to cut them off. This goes with family, friends, AND even your significant other. They can get jealous too. My girlfriend went to a birthday party that had drinking (but with her best friend, her other "friend" the birthday girl, and with a guy that messes around a lot) she played drinking games with them and the parents (of the birthday girl). Now yes, I trusted her and I love her with all my heart, but that didn't stop me from being jealous and fearing that, the boy might try to make a move on her. I kept constant contact with her, and so, nothing happened. The reason I was jealous may of been because I experienced an identical situation with a girl who cheated on me, I over reacted, but didn't say anything about it When it was all over, I had nothing to worry about and it reinforced the trust and this, strengthened my relation ship with her.
The one thing I say about getting over envy is to focus on your own achievements instead of those that are others. Even if you can't, turn negative energy into a positive motivator and use it as fuel to improve yourself and your abilities.

I used to be psychotically jealous, way back when I hated myself. It takes time, but the more self esteem you build , the less jealousy you will feel. What used to be a big green monster is now an occasional faint whisper.

I'll speak on the other person's point of view for this, because I've been a victim of a friend who was constantly jealous. I couldn't let her meet my other friends or even best friends that I've known since I was a baby without her going off in a dramatic storm and I had to go and console her that she is still my friend and at other times I would leave her be because I was starting to get tired of her crap of always doing this. I had to move away and honestly that was the best thing, because after crying and feeling sorry that I had to go and leave her, I found out, she never truly was my friend to begin with. I tried writing letters, email, ( she didn't have facebook) she stopped texting me, I tried calling her for her birthday and she hung up as soon as I said her name. Two years later I come back and she'd stopped coming to the church where we'd hang out at. I saw her just a month ago, she's got a new person she's latched herself onto, and I feel sorry for the person she's " friends" with. But still she affected me. To this day, I'm scared to tell my best friend about someone else I made friends with at school ( college whatever) without feeling like they'll be mad. it left a big scar and I had even considered not trying to make any more friends because of this one person because I felt like everyone would be like her. but I've found that it's not. And, I'm happy I was wrong. :)
man,after looking at these comments and the vid, I can very relate. I get jealous when my close friends hangout with there own friends. I get a fix of fear,anxiety,anger,and so much more. My mindset is fucked up. It's been for several months. It's slowly bringing me down as a person. I get to emotional on these kind of topics but by not say it. I hate myself for what I've became and eventually it's going to make me loose everyone I cared and loved. I'm so paranoid about it.
