Mina And The Count is a 6-episode cartoon mini-series by Rob Renzetti (with Frederator Studios). It first aired in 1995 on Cartoon Network's What-a-Cartoon! Show. The series later moved onto Nickelodeon's Oh Yeah! Cartoons.

You know, I’m surprised that the Count didn’t just say that he was allergic to garlic. I’m sure Mina would’ve understood.

This show gives sum light to the darkness, poetically funny. So classic, they show seriously consider this show get its own 30 minute spot. I relate to this probably more than any other show. I kinda feel bad for Mina's older sister... Don't know how it would ever work, as far as Mina's concerned. How hard it must be for the count not to indulge, poor bum. This show might be more popular than Dexter, or the Powerpuffs.
Yup... Maybe the same popularity to both, but MLAATR wouldn't exist.

I watched it years ago when I was a kid.
I love all these little call-outs to the original Dracula. Mina is obvious, but then also just the way Lucy acts is very in character with the original abridged version of the novel that was widely read up through the 80s. It does a wonderful job at creating its own stories and characters, while still getting in some references.
