Ever since “Mina and the Count” got moved to Nickelodeon’s “Oh Yeah! Cartoons” in 1998, the “The What A Cartoon! Show” were violent, graphic, and distributing like black comedy and horror. I don’t care if the creators who wrote the script for the cartoons and protects by first amendment, it doesn’t seem age appropriate and maybe not know about civil rights.

I have a theory on how Vlad mistook the moronic Mina as one of his victims in his schedule. The Count's bumbling, braindead, unreliable Igor mistook "M" for "N", as well as "R" for "P" and "H" for "K", finally swapping "H" to where "P" is and "P" to where "K" is. This is likely with his lazy eyes and dyslexia. And if Count hadn't broke that pencil of his while seething of his Igor's idiocy; waking Mina up, and she's just as delightfully dense as Billy and Molly McGee, creating a forced friendship. And Mina stealing and vandalizing Count's schedule to be her forced, forever friend... Didn't her parents teach her it's wrong to steal and vandalize?
