It’s easy, take some scoops of your whole beans then add a little water (very little) to your blender and blend, once the beans are blended then put some oil in your griddle (idk if that’s called) and put the beans in there, you wait until it starts bubbling and taking some color (like brown, but it depends of the beans you’re using) and that’s it. And they’re called “frijoles refritos”, also very important note, the flame on your griddle must be low so the frijoles refritos don’t burn.
I love huevo tacos and my huevos just like that, the crispy edges sooo delicious except any yolk that runs even slightly me da asco, which I don’t get bc when we were kids that’s the only way we ate our eggs as we had no choice! 😝
