I'll agree - but throughout most of that, he was focusing on his pan in front of him. He's a franchise, he's a reality star, he's whatever - but however he comes across, I always like the fact he takes his food seriously.

El Ray most Americanized tacos are crispy, but like some authentic Mexican tacos are crispy like tacos dorados or flautas(idk if a flauta is considered a taco tho)
I usually make the main filling first, then the tortillas and finally the egg mix with the fill before serving. I keep the tortillas warm in a kitchen towel under a lid, they stay fluffy that way.
Aaron keeps the essence of the cuisine, when eating it, you can immediately know the local flavor. Gordon's dishes are beautiful, and creative in taste.
He learned something from being on "Hot Ones." He took their recipe to produce a nearly identical show with better food but slightly less interesting conversation.

I'm a US citizen currently living in Mexico and having experienced both sides I can say with confidence that Gordon's was extremely white and Aarón's was extremely Mexican.
