Setting Up Brother SE600 for Embroidery

Hi Everyone! I found the Brother SE600 Sewing and Embroidery Machine to be an easy embroidery setup. It was easy to get started and embroidering letters and in this case my name. I spend a little time explaining installing the embroidery unit to the machine and even cover how I load the hoops and frames with stabilizer and fabric. Wouldn't it be easier to put the embroidery foot on before placing the embroidery deck on ?

when you are making multiple patches and you just want to change the name on the patches let’s say from John to Mary but leave the rest of the patch as it is how do you go back and edit it without doing it all over?

Can you still sew without the accessory tray? I bought my mom this machine a month ago and think we may have tossed the tray out with the box. Do you know where I can order a replacement? Thank you
