I have not been disappointed with any of my Hart tools, they all perform great. I have Dewalt 20v circular saw that seems to have no torque. I got the Hart circular saw on clearance for $20, and it blows the Dewalt saw away.
If you can confirm the battery is really dead and it is not the charger by testing the charger with a known good battery then consider the following at own risk: Use the following at your own risk: Seek help of an electrics professional if using the following.. There are videos where people using a 20 volt battery or a 20 volt power supply to surface charge a 20v tool battery for 5 to 20 seconds. That gives the battery enough of a charge to be seen by the charger. Again, if you follow that routine, do so at your own risk as it might not be safe. Seek help of an electrics professional if doing so to be sure it is safe. The reason it works seem to be (a guess) is that the charger looks to see if the battery has any charge in it. If it is completely dead (like super dead) the charger will assume the battery is defective. That might happen if the batter is not charged for a very long time, that is it looses all of its charge. Even when a tool turns off from a "dead" battery (if the tool and battery work together correctly) the battery still has some charge in it. That helps protect the cells and lets the charger know the battery is good for a charge. So by putting on a small charge on the battery, the charger can see it. Again, do so at own risk as batteries can be fire hazards. Again, seek help of an electrics professional if doing so... The jump method works. Mine flashed red, cut a junk wire and used a good battery and positive to positive, negative to negative for 1 second and both bad batteries worked after for me.
Have you noticed that they show a blade on the 7¼" circular saw that looks like the various other manufacturers that have the funky tips on the blades? I'm not sure what they're called but I believe they're for removing the material better and keeping temperatures down but I can't find a Hart blade that looks like that. I even got on their website to try to find it but couldn't yet I see them in their promotional pictures all the time. I'm pretty sure the box shows the Hart blade I'm talking about on the 7¼" circular saw

Try putting this into the Walmart search and see if it finds what you are looking for: 24 tooth carbide saw blade hart 7 1/4 Be sure the blade and saw are made for the material being cut before using it... and read the tool's manual too. Hope the above helps...
Thank you for the comment. If I had to guess, it is because drills and impact drivers along with some kind of saw are the tools most people get first when they go into a new tool system. Especially for home repair or DYI wood projects. But that is just a guess!!! I would be interested to see how many impact wrenches they sell vs impact drivers, but odds are I will never know!!! If anyone has other thoughts, feel free to comment... I am just some clueless dude guessing.
that flashlight is NO GIMMICK, bro that flashlight is my FAVORITE TOOL OF ALL, do not sleep on this thing, with just a 1.5/2ah battery it lasts a LONG time, imagine a 4ah batt on it, I even am getting a second light because i had one just sitting on a tire for like hours and hours working one night and i have dropped and kicked it so many times and NEVER had a problem once not even FLICKER, it is shaped specificly to be wedged onto any 2x4 board so you can have a work light....and not only that but i have a lot of 1.5/2AH batteries laying around while i use the 4AH ones on my tools so i have unlimited batteries to source for the work light, i put a carbiner clip on mine and when i clip it to my belt loop it actually points the light directly infront of me exactly where i need it....

That is part of the reason why I did this unboxing video. I normally do not do unboxing only type videos.... but I thought given the price others might be interested in seeing what was really in the box... I hope it helps people out.
