Also I think this is my favourite bug because if you merge them with a household you can control them! They even have interactions altough if I remember correctly the interaction buttons are blank.
I never knew this!! They used to scare me so id delete them 💀
@@Lilnaturefreak13 haha I don't blame you. They are just foxes you see in Henford but I guess the devs did an oopsie (as usual)
the interaction buttons are fine now, they just get cancelled if it's not just "watch"
I tried tobhave one as a pet, but there was no way to feed them, so I re-released it into the wild (it's own household).
@@sorgius01 kinda late but if I remember correctly, the only way to replenish their hunger is by sending them to attack a chicken. But there's still a chance they lose the fight (it's honestly so stupid in my opinion omg)

this has been a bug since Cottage Living came out, so yeah, it's not just you Kayla
I remember James Turner had something like that in his every lot challenge challenge where a fox was trying to talk to the talking toilet and it would just go like that and hang in the air
Yes, I remember that! If I remember correctly Dr Gluon also did a 24-hour challenge watching infants and there was a fox talking to a toilet there too!
That shit was terrifying.
Wait until you see one make friends with a toilet.
Oh boy! I had a talking toilet in a house and a a fox came up to it and I was so creeped out!
This used to happen to me a lot while playing with Cottage Living, foxes would come into my sim’s house and try to talk to the talking toilet my sims had but every time they did they would like- stretch and contort, which was really creepy- I think one also tried to hug one of my sims but I could be making that part up
I wanna name it as Gary the Grey Lovecraftian Entity

I heard that this bug was a product of cottage living since it had to add foxes but they’re treated as sims because some people might not have cats and dogs. But I swear I’ve seen this bug in my game before I bought cottage living and someone posted it on the gallery before the pack came out. I really don’t know what’s going on here.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO! Two cats spawned in my save and i saw them in manage households. I tried to fix it but it would never last, they always returned to creepy anteater cat hybrids
these are the foxes from cottage living! for some reason they have households (the bunnies don’t) and this is what they look like
Ah yes, the fox households. I remember my first encounter with them. The howling werewolf children glitch I discovered a few months ago is just as bad. I forget how exactly to initiate the bug, but it ends with children who suddenly stretch into spiders.
Still looks better than glitched animals in The Sims 3 Pets when I played it for the first time on old laptop.

Brings me back to good ol' sims 3 glitch where a dog got really buggy and turned into something resembled a mangled yarn ball. I learned how to replicate it because I wanted a household full of eldritch monstrosities

Yeah this happens literally every time with the foxes for me. I’m surprised cuz these type of glitches usually get fixed but this one has just kinda been around.
I noticed that glitch too the other day. I have three of them in my list but I think it's because I'm on my 6th generation in my family and they are also multiplying. Which now adds more to the nightmare fuel that there can be more be of these freakish things running around 😅

Yep. Wait until you put them in the world. If someone dies, the do a will go on their back legs and play the sim distressed animation

I've seen those on my game for so long and it's always so scary!
This happened to me just the other day. My sim has 3 dogs, and one of them suddenly turned into that slenderman-dog creature in game. It looked like it was doing some sort of sim sort of sim animation, waving like it was telling my sim to come here. Then the dog reverted back to normal. But I’ll never forget that!
I think it’s fitting lol the dogs are called Taylor and “I think thereMs been a glitch” ❤

I've had this glitch ever since the foxes were added. Never seen a normal looking fox in the list of households
ive seen this! it happens to the foxes from cottage living cause i think theyre counted as families in the world so they have to show up in the family bin but they didnt plan for that 😂
This happened to me to! But it let me play as the fox. But whenever I would click on anything the little bubble would say “what’s that?” Like when you’re playing as a toddler. 😂

The first time this happened (that I noticed) was in game while they were using the toilet. Scared the literal shit outta me.

i only have city living and the gallery is weird like just search up death or a ghost and you’ll find the grim reaper
This is a bug with the wild foxes from cottage living. Interestingly, you can save them to your gallery but from there the game will start telling you that you don't have the required pack for it if you try to place it again.
When you find them in your game you can actually move them into a house like a normal sim but they're incapable of doing things to care for themselves.
please put this on the gallery I need these nightmare fuels

I once had this glitch happen to my sims puppy when I was playing and I was in the middle of breeding my sims 2 other dogs. It had this weird glitch where the puppy looked exactly like that and it looked like it was do that mating dance thing the animals do in the Sims 4 with the male dog who was breeding with the other female dog, AND THE PUPPY WAS THEIR OFFSPRING WHICH MADE IT WEIRDER 🤣

Im fairly sure it is the cottage living foxes that roam the world if you have foxes lot trait on. Im mostly guessing that because it first started happening to me immediately after downloading cottage living.
Fun fact: Try clicking on a fox while playing as a werewolf. There will be an option to fight and the fox elongates to fit the fight animation. 💀
At least yours showed up with a normal name. It showed up for me with the household name “Hurt” and I thought I was in a Sims-based creepypasta for a second.

They are foxes from cottage living. For some reason they are saved in households and always appear glitched like this. 🤣 And I tested, you can actually play as them!! They even got a few unique actions. Weird

If you have wild foxes on as a lot challenge and install a smart/talking toilet, then the game glitches and creates these masterpieces. It's honestly scary 🤣. I think it happened to my infant or toddler before, too 🤔. Sims of all ages and species love that toilet 😅
I once had a fox enter a house and stand up like a human in sims4. I was MORTIFIED. It got stretched out and skinny, it looked like a skinwalker. It was HORRYFYING
Oh i added one of these things to my household once, it was terribly upsetting
I’m wondering if the sims tried to process the dog as a horse model? Elevating it so the head box matches and then pulling the neck, body, and tongue to be longer to match as well, but the model struggled and instead of a horse we got a weasel ant eater
