When I use my inkjet printer and then use modpodge the ink smears? I've tried using the o en to dry out the paper and even sealing it with hair spray? Any tips? And thank you!

Just make sure the tissue paper is taped down good, otherwise it will cause smearing.

The problem I have is the ink running when applying ModPodge. Has anyone found a spray sealer that works to stop this?
I use rustoleum matte clear spray. I do 2 or 3 light coats. Hope this helps!
