Sorry to hear that. Sometimes it happens. You need to tape or glue it securely and flatten it. Then guide or push the paper when it's sliding inside to print. Hope it helps and it goes well when you try it next time.

do you need to seal it with anything so ink does not bleed when the glue hits it
For laser printer, no need to seal. For inkjet, after printing you can seal it with mod podge spray acrylic sealer. Or other spray sealer

Hi finally a found a filipino YT channel for decoupage, what kind of tissue is it the paper towel tissue? Or table napkin?
This tissue is the one you use on gift s. The very thin wrapping tissue

its the tissue paper that is use for gift wrapping
The tissue paper has to be the type that is thicker than the ordinary one or else it will easily get destroyed
