Chicken Fried Rice

- Fried rice is a favorite Asian staple. Making fried rice is easy in theory, but getting it right does take a little know-how. So here 's my way to making fabulous fried rice.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Rice
600g Boneless Chicken
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
Half Cup Oil
5 Cloves Garlic
2 inches Ginger
3 Fresh Green Chilies
3 Eggs
1 Cup Carrots
1/2 cup Green Capsicum
1/2 cup Red Capsicum
1/2 cup Boiled/Frozen peas
1/2 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup Spring Onions/Scallions
1tbsp White vinegar
1tsp Black Pepper

can you make a video for (baby shrimp fried rice, chicken tikka (BBQ) )
No doubt that the dishe looks delicious and healthy but I've got question I would like to ask about the amount of oil. Should I choose any specific oil like peanut or maybe olive oil? Because as you start making I thought the amount was I bit much compared my daily usage. Perhaps I should use corn oil. What would you suggest? Thanks for sharing your expertise cooking
