- This flatbread is enriched with ghee (clarified butter) and filled with spicy, herbed ground meat.
INGREDIENTS:
Minced meat 1kg
Chopped garlic. 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger. 2 tbsp
Oil/ ghee. 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder 2tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Fresh green chili 3
Coriander leves 1 bunch
Onion 2 medium size
Lemon Half
Ingredients for dough:
Flour 500g
Water 350ml
salt 2 tsp
Oil/ ghee 1 tbsp
Ingredients for flour paste:
Oil/Ghee 6 tbsp
Flour 6 tbsp
