    This 2014 Bikini Arms is WAYYYYY better than 2015 Bikini Arms...I feel the burn!! :)

    I tried this workout yesterday and loved it! I'm feeling sore today. And for the people complaining about the weights just use weights that you are comfortable with, why do you have to use the same ones she's using? And if she's going too fast, print it out and do it at your own pace, geez.

    I've always hated my triceps. I've struggled to find a workout that targeted the right muscles and was challenging enough but didn't bulk me up. This is the one! I've been doing this workout about five days a week for two weeks and my arms are so defined. :)

    JESUS😫!! I haven't done this workout since last Summer, LOVED it then and automatically thought to do this one again for this Summer and beyond!! It works GREAT in getting my arms toned fast and I can always count on it toning up my triceps, back, biceps and especially my "coconut" shoulders!!💖😍😍😍

      Hi! What weights did you use? Could men also do this? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I used 1 lb weights but couldn't even finish the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 From the comments i am really amazed at how strong and muscular the women are here!

    I love this video but there's just two things I think can be improved on next time: 1. Karena needs to include instructions for proper form. That makes a huge difference in results and prevents injury 2. She should also include suggestions for the amount of weight to use and why. Personally, I would love to know how heavy SHE lifts at home to get those amazing arms.

    Karena you are gorgeous!! Your body looks even more amazing than ever. I really liked this routine but just a suggestion in the future could you take into consideration that most of us are probably using heavier weight so we cannot move as fast. Please use heavier weight so you are going at proper speed so we can follow along without stopping the video 10 times, it would just make it easier for us to follow. thank you! xoxo

    Karena could you please tell me what pound weights you are using? I have 5 lb weights is that okay to use? Also how many times per week should I be doing these arm workouts? Love that it's only 10 minutes long! Getting married in 3 months and I think this arm routine is great! :)

      Yes, thank you!! I really would like to know how heavy of weights to use as well. I know it'll be different depending on how much muscle tone you already have but Karena's look pretty light - I only own 8 pound weights and am thinking I need to buy lighter ones ASAP!

      For bigger muscle use higher that 10lb for good looking use below if u feel it is easy than u have to change the routine cz ur body gout used to it

    I like doing these, but my neck starts hurting shortly after. What can I do to prevent that? Or is that a normal thing?

      Hi, try to see yourself while you're doing this workout - check if you are doing it in a good way. Second thing: Keep your back straight and knees bent, 3rd thing: Probably your neck and shoulders are weak and your head glides to the front or top - try to control this, to keep head in a down position. 4th thing: before and after this workout make a head circles, up and down - just to stretch. :-)

    I only used 3lbs weights and it was tough! Can't image what it's like with 10lbs. Great workout! Definitely felt the burn on this one! :)

      +Jenny Mackie i did another TIU arm video 6 days per week and i got amazing results. i have never had that much strengh in my arms before . if the workout is going to be too easy for you after a while, use heavier weights :)
