I tried this workout yesterday and loved it! I'm feeling sore today. And for the people complaining about the weights just use weights that you are comfortable with, why do you have to use the same ones she's using? And if she's going too fast, print it out and do it at your own pace, geez.
I've always hated my triceps. I've struggled to find a workout that targeted the right muscles and was challenging enough but didn't bulk me up. This is the one! I've been doing this workout about five days a week for two weeks and my arms are so defined. :)

JESUS😫!! I haven't done this workout since last Summer, LOVED it then and automatically thought to do this one again for this Summer and beyond!! It works GREAT in getting my arms toned fast and I can always count on it toning up my triceps, back, biceps and especially my "coconut" shoulders!!💖😍😍😍

Karena you are gorgeous!! Your body looks even more amazing than ever. I really liked this routine but just a suggestion in the future could you take into consideration that most of us are probably using heavier weight so we cannot move as fast. Please use heavier weight so you are going at proper speed so we can follow along without stopping the video 10 times, it would just make it easier for us to follow. thank you! xoxo

Hi, try to see yourself while you're doing this workout - check if you are doing it in a good way. Second thing: Keep your back straight and knees bent, 3rd thing: Probably your neck and shoulders are weak and your head glides to the front or top - try to control this, to keep head in a down position. 4th thing: before and after this workout make a head circles, up and down - just to stretch. :-) If you are looking for different workouts I make full test and put them on my page: theactivemama.wix.com/theactivemama

Does she lift more in addition to arm workouts like this? She's so toned, I'm figuring she has to either repeat the circuit a few times or lift heavy heavy...?

+Jenny Mackie i did another TIU arm video 6 days per week and i got amazing results. i have never had that much strengh in my arms before . if the workout is going to be too easy for you after a while, use heavier weights :)

Ooouuuccchhh! Made it 75% of the way. Every arm muscle was burning. Plan to follow this routine twice a week.

For bigger muscle use higher that 10lb for good looking use below if u feel it is easy than u have to change the routine cz ur body gout used to it
