Walker's death doomed the franchise. There's no one who fits as Dom's equal since and he really needs that '1B' to complement his '1A'. The Rock and Cena were just ridiculous and over the top in their acting (if you can call it acting) and it really takes away from the movies. Statham's acting worked a lot better for me, tho the plot around his character wasn't great. Statham could've been the one to step in and fill Walker's shoes as the '1B' to Dom's '1A'.

@@faithwatkins7811 you separate the characters if they were just coworkers, but vin diesel was actual friends with paul so there is no way in hell he will replace him. the only reason they used his brothers in fast 7 was because paul died in the middle of the shoots( not shooting the actual film but the film was already being shot) and they wanted to finish it for him as a tribute. also it would create too many plot holes in the saga at this point to bring brian back, with the relationship he has with dom it wouldnt make sense for mia to come in fast 9 and brian didnt

F11-they find out Dom has a clone of him & his crew…they have to battle their clones until the end…but again they all become a part of the family at the end drinking Coronas, having a bbq as Dom makes his final speech about familia-the end! Salud!
