That is Vin Diesel as his legendary Dominic Toretto and John Cena as his estranged and forsaken brother, Jakob Toretto. Very different roles. The roles you’re talking about are The Suicide Squad and The Guardians of the Galaxy films and The Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame films.

Jakob (John Cena) was the enemy-turned-ally, and Jakob was the antagonist who had change of plans in the end of the ninth series when Jakob was stabbed in the back by Cipher (Charlize Theron) and Otto (Thue Ersted Rassumen) in the ninth series and then later sacrificed his life to save his family from Dante (Jason Momoa) who was later defeated in the second part of the tenth series in the main series as well

That's not how magnets work, magnetic attraction doesn't work on only the object that is being attracted, the cars with electromagnets that strong would have gotten flung towards the same cars which they attract, not to mention that an electromagnet this strong would collapse the entire frame of the car and kill both the engine and transmission..
