My step-daughter is (South) Korean. I never knew Koreans as a people until I met my wife. They are fantastic people motivated by love and humility. The orphan story was truely moving. Here is a couple of false teachers 1) Joel Osteen 2) Rick Warren 3) TD jakes They preach the prosperity gospel, don't teach on hell, and favor homosexuality. ALL in common.
That list is so much longer, and does not only contain prosperity preachers. You must also include the calvinists who say that "calvinism IS the gospel".

I realize there are scriptures like John 3:16 which say "who ever believes" but there is also scripture that says you can't come to the Father unless He draws you. I just choose not to focus on the confusion and trust that God handles just exactly how He wants to save people.
DOCTRINE is VERY, VERY IMPORTANT because what you believe will be how you live. It also the foundation on which you build your life upon. There are so many FALSE DOCTRINES in the world; but, haven't there always? I heard someone say, and I agree, WE ARE AT LIBERTY TO ACCEPT or REJECT the Bible BUT WE ARE NOT AT LIBERTY TO CHANGE IT ( no adding, subtracting allowed ).
That's so sad that people would just drop off a baby in a box like ... however it's better to do that then to kill the baby in the womb ... like ray had said .. why don't they just tell the hospital doctor's that they don't want the baby and give the baby up to be adopted ... would make more sense to do it that way
tbh i feel like a lot of christians, are just fans of christ. maybe i'm one of them, i'm not perfect i have conflicting reports on stuff, and also a lot of bad stuff has happened to me. so it's effected me, but I try to help those in need like Christ wants us to and share him by living like him. also the antagonism from the church against myself, for being a boy with long, and my church i don't they are lukewarm. My best friend their moved :( i miss her, I'm not liked there, only good thing is my youth group I'm still a follower of christ no matter what though I feel like christians twist the bible words too...
They don't read it period If they did, they would be ashamed and repent. As long as you feel the hunger and hate sin, I think you are okay. The conscience is supposed to accuse you when you're wrong, and excuse you when you're right. As long as you still hear your conscience, you should be okay. Read your bible. Ephesians 2:8-9: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. We are not saved by works: If we cannot do good works to gain salvation, then how can we do bad works and lose salvation? Once you are saved you cannot lose salvation.
This post bears repeating: To be a part of the church, you must repent, be baptized. To even consider repentance, you have to have a belief in God. To be baptized and follow the direction that Peter gave you have to believe. Matthew 16 says Jesus established the church through Peter. In Acts 2, Peter said to repent and be baptized. If you read that chapter, they continued in the APOSTLES' DOCTRINE, they had one mind, BELIEVING and the Lord added to their number those who were SAVED. That was the church being established from that day on, as Peter said, your children and as many as the Lord will call. The churches that were established followed the apostles' doctrine. That was the doctrine of salvation, When the subject of your belief or grace was talked about in Paul's letters, he was talking to people who already followed the doctrine of salvation. They already repented and were baptized.. He was not reestablishing the doctrine of salvation. All countries don't have the widespread option of adoption; and many of these children aren't even born in hospitals.
