I did a Server 2012 R2 to 2019 in place upgrade. I'm now getting a Set console window screen resolution error in vcenter even after repairing vmware tools. I can only access the VM in the console as when I RDP into in it just shows a black screen. Help plz

tried upgrading 2012 r2 evualuation to 2019 evaluation... keep files is greyed out
evaluation iso is not for upgrading only fresh install

for SAN controller first you upgrade it to latest firmware also check if the SAN is compatible with windows 2019 OS
