Seriously man I can't thank you enough. I was in a bit of a pickle on the 1st of October still running 2012 R2 on a AD DS Domain Controller. Followed your video instructions and it all worked thanks to your clear tutorial. Thanks again
Glad it helped you
Thank you so much Vakas. I appreciate you.
Always welcome
Thanks bro
Thank you Vakas ... very much needed this video thanks again bro ...
Always welcome
Thanks for the great video, i had one issue while upgrading which is "keep personal files and apps" option is greyed out for me.
Excellent 😊👌
Thank you for the explanation.
Powershell cmdlet can be sued for roles transfer
is it a requirement to change the FSMO roles to another server before upgrading
Thanks Vakas for that guide! Just for info... I need to upgrade AD from 2012R2 to 2019; I think that this guide would be fine, right? Another thing... We need to leave the domain functional level to "Windows Server 2008 R2"... Am I sure that when I run adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep it WON'T change that level? I have not seen in the video the upgrade of the domain functional level to Windows 2016...
Hi Alessandro, Did you try it? What's your result!?
Thanks in advance
Hi, did you try it , what is the result and can you put video on 2012r2 to 2019 bro
Is this process still the case? Or has this changed over time with new cumulative updates?
kindly can you make upgrade on-place from domain controller 2012 R2 to 2019
Please tell me the news of mcse end in June and what is role based job
What if you only have one domain controller? Can you not just upgrade to 2016 from disc?
You do not need to prep the domain if upgrading from 2012 or above
vous faites tous les videos flou akahhh
what if i do 3 domain controllers this way 1st one is DC01 2nd DC02 3rd DC03, i did the steps as you suggested works great but now i am getting errors schema mismatch now. any suggestions?
