Your vases turned out amazing! Be sure to clean the vases first with rubbing alcohol to makes sure there's no sticky residue left from removing the price tags.. Natural oils found on your hands and fingers can effect how to paint adheres to the surface, as well. Thanks so much for posting your great tutorial!

I have your solution to moving your vase that is wet with paint. Pending the size, use tongs or jar retrievers that have rubber on them. Insert and open, then move. If they don’t have rubber grips, hot glue non slip cupboard liners or mat liners if you don’t mind letting a pair of tongs go for these projects. Hope this helps! Love the paint colours you chose! They to will go with my decor.

It works much better if you cut up a sponge and pounce it on vs brushing it. That way you get a more raised textured look and you won’t have to do so many coats either.

Hello I loved your diy because I am literally always trying to make glass look more boho or “farmhousy”. But wanted to make a small suggestion, I literally was watching another diy right before urs, and a woman was showing how to diy ur own chalk paint and she showed 3 different ways and wich one was the beat and what one was really not much of a difference.BAKING SODA was the one that was not a big difference except for a more thick mix. Then she said she has also heard of people using corn starch and that gets very clumpy, she then showed us on a swatch how mixing baby powder wich was her hack, and it looked so amazing . Wich brings me to ur diy, I think a little corn starch ,baking soda, and baby powder, all mixed together, with a thick, maybe even clumpy consistency, spread all over the vases would look so chic!!!I
