On the third photo you can see the bucaneer battle in ships by all those colorful things 2 of them are covered and one is fully exposed

I noticed that too. They announced blue was running this year so I'm guessing they just haven't taken them off. Also the brake run is uniquely covered so maybe it's just easier to leave them out there
