  • In this video I show you how to make Lamb Yakhni Pulao. Lamb Pulao is a special dish often made during Ramadan and Eid, follow my simple recipe below to achieve the best results.
    Ingredients:
    Stock:
    4 Pints Water
    4 Garlic Cloves
    1 Inch Ginger
    ½ Onion
    2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
    1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
    1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
    1 Bay Leaf
    2 Green Cardamom
    1 Star Anise
    2 Black Cardamom
    5 Cloves
    1 Tsp Peppercorn
    1.5 Stick Cinnamon
    2 Tsp Salt
    1Kg Lamb Meat - with bones
    Rice:
    1kg Long Grain Basmati Rice
    200g Salted Butter
    2 Medium Onions - Finely Chopped
    2 Tsp Salt
    250ml Water
    1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
    ½ Tomato - Peeled
    ¾ Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
    2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    ½ Tsp Garam Masala
    ½ Tsp Coriander Seeds
    3 Green Chillies
    Fried Onions - Garnishing
