Lamb Pilau Rice- Easy Pilau Rice- By Iqrah's Kitchen

Super easy lamb pilau recipe. This recipe is my go-to recipe whenever I am craving pilau rice. The ingredients are as follows :
1kg lamb chops
2 sticks cinnamon
1tsp cumin
1tsp peppercorn seeds
3 black cardamons
2tsp garam masala
2tsp salt
1tsp black cloves
7 cups of water
2 tomatoes
3 chillies
1 full clove of garlic
2/3 slices of ginger
1285g rice
1 cup oil
1 onion sliced
1974ml stock (recipe will show you how to make it, if you have less stock at the end as water does evaporate then add extra boiling water to get a total of 1974ml of liquid)
In cups the measurements are
7 cups rice : 10 1/2 cup stock
