500 grams mutton.
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 to 5 green chillies crushed as per taste
2 cloves.2 cardomons
2 stick cinnamon
pepper
1 bay leaf
1 /2 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed fennel seed powder
Salt
1/2 lemon juice
chopped coriander mint
1 onion
500 grams basmati rice
2 medium onions
3 to 4 green chilli slit
2 clove
2 cardomon
2 cinnamon
1 bay leaf
chopped coriander mint
1 tsp desi ghee
2 drops kevera essence

This was FANTASTIC! I usually follow Ruby’s recipe but this was WAY more simple and tastier. I used the instant pot instead of the stove top pressure cooker. I selected “Meat/Stew” and put it on normal for 18 mins. The meat came out perfect.
