Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 grams
Cloves - 6 to 7
Bay Leaf - 2
Green Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inches
Nutmeg - 1/4 piece
Mace - 1 piece
Green Chilies - 3 - 4
Sliced Onion - 1 medium sized
Ginger Galic Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cup
Cooking Oil - 1/4 cup
Cloves - 5 to 6
Green Cardamom - 6 to 7
Star Anise - 2
Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inches
Sliced Onion - 1 medium sized
Ginger Galic Paste - 1 tbsp
Whisked Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Chopped Green Chilies - 4 to 5
Crushed Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Water - 3.75 cups
Soaked Basmati Rice - 2.5 cups
Water - 4 cups
Salt - 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Kewra water - 1 tsp
