1.200 gm chicken
1 kg basmati rice
3 slice onion
whole spices
4 spoon ghee
1 tsp black pepper whole
bay leaf
star anise
cinemon stick
black cardamom
free cardamom
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp curd
6 green chilli
chop coriander
chop mint
3 tsp salt
2 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
