3 cardamoms
4 pepper
1 big stick cinnamon
1 medium onion sliced
3 light green less spicy chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 glass water to boil mutton
1/4 cup oil
500 grams dawat extra long grain basanti rice soaked 1 hour
2 medium onion sliced

few green chillies crushed as per your taste
2 tbsp yoghurt
salt to taste
1 tsp desi ghee
handful chopped coriander mint leaves
