The DMT needs to be extracted through several different steps. I didnt know it had a culinary purpose. THIS is why, among other reasons, you are awesome!

Cassia bark or cinnamon bark, looks similar to Acacia bark though. It is used in desserts, meats, stews, curries etc.

No, these are Sella Basmati rice. You could use brown rice if you like. But Sella Basmati or Normal Basmati rice would work best.
Does the mutton get really that sot in just an hour? I usually cook it for about 100 mins.
I used lamb. For mutton I will give it 80 min as we are steaming it as well.
