Step by Step trouble shooting PC with no video out put and no beep sound.
Symptoms:
When push power button, fans are running, can not shut PC down using power button, both DVD drives not open, No beep sound, and no video out put. Remove 2 Memory sticks, replace BIOS battery and clear Bios, remove Graphic card, Ethernet, speaker, mouse, and keyboard connectors.
