Problem:
In April 2016, this dryer run but no heat. Looking into the inspection hole in front of the dryer indicated that the Ignitor is glowing with no flame.
Solution:
Replaced the 2 Gas Valve Solenoid Coils and the problem is solved.

Kenmore Dryer Gas Valve Solenoid: Genuine OEM Part # 279834
Tools:
5/16 nut driver
Philip screw driver
Short Philips screw driver
Flat tip screw driver, or pry bar.
Wear glove
