Feraligatr looks like a shark when its in water.
Honchkrow does fold its wings when on the ground, but its flying animation is weird. Like its struggling to stay in the air.
The legendary beasts are fast as hell. I think Raikou is the fastest.
Iron Bundle has a skiing like animation when its moving.
Bloodmoon Ursaluna need I say more?
Hisuian Decidueye can run, and fly.
I think solgaleos and lunalas animations are a reference to the ultra warp ride, which is where you did those same animations

16:59 This is where I point out the fact that Fezandipiti exists. Skarmory can't be the only one you've seen land with wings folded, because you've seen Fezandipiti on the ground with wings folded in a cutscene in the Teal Mask DLC, and you can't access the Terarium (and therefore Skarmory) without completing the Teal Mask.
Edit: I just remembered that Tornadus (Therian Forme) also lands with its wings folded.

I’ve never used the synchro machine on any of my Pokémon besides Piplup and Altaria, my two best partners. I didn’t know you could make flying Pokémon land. Either I’m doing it wrong or to my knowledge Altaria can’t land.
