When you make homemade butter using heavy whipping cream it seperates butter from buttermilk.

Do you have any chance to check if the kitchen aid attacments like pasta maker or meat grinder fits in the front hub of this model?
Honestly I don't know. This is not a kitchen aid.
It seems weird she did not mention that. I read an Amazon review that says no they do not fit.
Their ad on the Jungle says they have attachments available, like grinder and pasta maker. But they are not available, they show out of stock and may not return. Note: this company makes attachments for KitchenAid but they don't fit. That seems like a problem. No replacement accessories available? No other attachments available?

Didn’t it seem like it was wobbling quite a lot even for just whipping cream? Around the of that 4min timer she set, seems to be edited out.
I don't see any wobbling at all, you might have confused her shaky hands holding the camera with the machine wobbling.
