Amy (Learns to Cook) reviewed it on her YT channel, and she loves it. She whipped cream, made cookies and bread dough and it did very well. They also make a 5.5 quart model which I've sen on Amazon. Good review, thanks.
Thank you and yes we totally agree, these are great mixers and we really love ours. Appreciate you watching and hope you have an awesome day.
I have one and I in love with that mixer
It is a great mixer for sure. Appreciate you watching :)
Thanks!
I think kitchen aid has some competition finally. i just got one ordered. There is not alot on it I found, so far..... but from all I hear about they love them also. I noticed it has wide and deep mixture parts so That itself is like the kitchen aids ones and why they are do better. And are heavy to handle harder jobs as well. Seems like this one is top of line as well. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure and totally agree with you. My wife was 100% Kitchen Aid until we got this one. Congrats on your new mixer as I am sure you will love it as much as we do :). Thanks for watching.
Nice mixer! Does the Zacme have an adjustment screw for clearance of the whisk and paddle attachments to the bowl?
I don't see any adjustment screw.
@@Positive_Energy727 Thank you!
Sounds like the rubber gasket above the mixer rubbing on the frame, just remove that plastic gasket and pit a slight bit of oil
Do you have a link to purchase the extra whisks? Or a compatible whisk?
Yes, here you go

Let me know if you need anything else. Appreciate you watching.
Is the handle on top metal, how about the front cover that comes off for the attachments ?
The top handle is metal and the front cover is plastic.
Does it come with a splatter cover/guard??
No it didn't come with a splatter guard
Do kitchenaid attachments fit on the front like a regular KA?
I am not sure, if kitchen aid attachments would fit or not. My guess would be no
No
It concerns me that there is no URL or phone number that can give you support on questions in any problems like the squeak that you heard in the second mixer. So if you had to replace a part you wouldn't be able to do it with not being able to contact the manufacturer. I don't mean to be negative since there are some many positive comments, but it does concern me that there isn't any place to get support?
I agree with your concerns and can say the support I did receive going through Amazon support was very good as they reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf. Since they are a foreign company I don't think they have English speaking support is my guess. All in all we are still very happy with both our mixers. I appreciate you watching and for sharing your concerns. Have an awesome day.
I received this mixer and now have to ask for NSF certification because there is no NSF certification on this product.
No there isn't, had to go to the company to get the nsf verification which is what we submitted to our health department for approval of the mixer. The mixer is SGS certified which is OSHA compliant. I hope this helps
I just purchased one. They say it’s all metal but the top of mixer feels like plastic. Did you find it to be plastic. The bottom is some kind of metal. What is your opinion?
Congrats on your purchase your gonna love it. Yes the top has a plastic cover. The bottom has a cover also. Never took it off to see what's under, however, in my opinion it's a sturdy mixer. Let me know what you think of it :)
can i know how tall is it without the handle?
14 1/2"
@@Positive_Energy727 thanks
highly acclaimed? Is Zacme even a real company? They only exist as a seller on Amazon, it seems. There is no website. Not available anywhere else. Is it also sold under different names like so much of this Chinese stuff on Amazon? Seems too good to be true.
They are a China based company and after we purchased our second one from Amazon we wanted to purchase another beater attachment and had the same issue trying to find a company site or where to purchase the attachment so we reached out to Zacame through Amazon where we purchased the mixer and they sent us a Amazon link to purchase the attachment which we purchased and received. All I can base my review on is our experience with both of our mixers which we are still using and loving today. Personally I feel this is a solid mixer and using it daily in our business it has been a true asset. My wife who makes our cheesecakes each and everyday loves these mixers and she was a die hard Kitcheaid fan before we purchased these for our shop. I appreciate you watching @gizzyguzzi and I hope this helps answer your skepticism.
