Hwoarang is very difficult to control. Even K-wiss constantly misses inputs. Other characters are slightly easier to use because their execution is relatively easy.

If you get CHitted...you pressed If you got hit coming in...you didn't block the space controlling move If he keeps pressuring you nonstop, you either too defensive so he's mashing, he's moving around you or you're not counter hitting his very minus moves...tl dr he's outplaying you Unlike certain characters...he can't be plus without risk(unless you count jab😅) and his strings aren't great, the player can make them great
