Excellent information. If we were living and eating the way the Creator intended us to, we'd have none of these problems. Because we're in a fallen state in a fallen world, we are dealing with a lot of other things that are against us and our well-being. Thank you Doc Jones.

Agree with you. One of the best things I did was quit ALL social media in 2020. All of it. Obviously I am still on YT. No FB, no instagram, no twitter, no gab, nothing.
One thing I found, if I MUST be on screen, is to use "blue blocker" lenses. You can get them in "readers," with no magnification, or as clip ons. I highly recommend them.

I got sick in January after spending several days with family members who were jabbed and boosted. I struggled to get well, and every time I began to improve I came down with something else. The worst part was the persistent brain fog. Finally shook it with a month of Ivəŕmėćṭïn from full moon to full moon and daily nattokinase. I feel much better now and finally got well. Even helped clear up most of my seasonal allergies! I'll try some of these herbs as well. Thanks, Doc Jones!

I found that taking creatine increased my mental alertness. The downfall is after taking it every day for 1 week, the water retention it does, creates a sinus buildup that causes unsteadiness.
I recently changed my meals to the diet i grew up on, meat with fresh herb seasoning and vegetables or salad depending on the season. This has made me feel better, sleep better and have more energy.

I read sage slows down acetylcholine metabolism, and thus keeps the levels high, which keeps memory good.
Everyone should know of this for their parents / grandparents.
I've personally had gr8 results with brain fog with Lions Mane mushroom extract.
I agree that diet, sunshine, exercise, sleep are the major player as always. Oh, and high quality H20 - like an in home RO system (they make some countertop ones now).

Love for my grandkids to be out in the garden with me. However here in texas the mosquitos are so bad. Any advise or home remedy for them?

Crush some peppermint or lemon balm leaves up in your hands and rub it on the little rascals so they don't smell like mammals. :0)

Always enjoy HGH videos! I love all of these herbs, but I have a special love for oat straw. Great for frazzled nerves and YUM!! I love oat straw tea with a drop of maple syrup. It's like drinking a bowl of oatmeal. : - )

What do you have for someone who has had a stroke? They had it about 10 years ago but is starting to go downhill more so than before. Wants to sleep a lot. Every little thing exhausts him and then he wants to stay in bed.

Apaquel is now $200 a month and there is always a worry about it causing cancer. Do you have herbs for scratching on dogs that have super sensitive itchy skin. My little cocker spaniel had 8 years of being abused before I got her. I have had her for six years and it has been a battle keeping her from itchy all the time.

She is off all meats except rabbit and fish (tuna with oil) and is on royal canine that is grain free. This helps a lot but she still itches alot.

@@cheribrodeur9928 try a home cooked diet or raw diet. I make my dog is own food from scratch and it’s transformed him. If u need any more info, lmk! I had a cocker and they are such wonderful dogs. Kudos to u for rescuing him and loving him!
