Kathryn Budig is the best! I've been doing my own flow for a while and I forgot how much her videos give me a tune up. Great rhythm and sequence building!!!

Pls make more 40 min wrist free hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for 1) detox 2) balance 3) strength building 4) hip opening 5) heart opening 6) sacral chakra 7) all chakras 8) water element 9) all elements
Do with the video to learn the sequence, then repeat and hold for about 3x longer each pose (time to settle in, get aligned). Trying to keep up with her may frustrate or injure.
I have requested by a tweet for yoga journal to publish my first page and acknowledge me. I need it to be done ASAP as this is an organization of thieves exploiting my subscribers help for twelve years and trying to kill me in India. I am a long term resident of California not able to lead any life because of this economic crime.

so true... i felt so rushed in the entire series. maybe cos it was my first time... defn need more time in each asana.
Or slow it down to 0.75.

I found it unrespectful for the model that didn't get introduce...
They've done like 15 with her. They probably did them all in the same day. There's clearly no script. It would be easy to lose track.
