Great video! One tip for headstand and inversions using the wall is to actually be a shin bone length from the wall. This way we come up to inverted by bending one leg to 90 degrees, resting the foot on the wall. The other leg is straightened up. This prevents "Banana" as the model is doing at 12 minutes, and instead allows a straight line to be formed through shoulders, pelvis and top leg.
Very much appreciated. Been a Theravada monk for 3 years, this was a great boost to get in some yoga... I remembered Vanda Scaravelli but only vaguely the postures... thanQ.. blessings
She does a besutiful job teaching into the positions. I have one question: I feel my wrist are to weak to carry my body, is this something I can get better at, and how can I strengthen my wrist, they actually hurt after a little push. Thank you
