u wanna lose fat...everyone has abs...they're just under a layer of fat...u also can't lose fat from specific points so just focus on overall calorie intake and metabolism/use.
Maybe you can get started by recognising that if you hate your appearance, abs won't redeem everything. Then you can realise building muscle and losing fat are two very separate things. Then you remember spot reduction does not exist, and there you are. If you want to do it, do it right.

whenever i shift my legs up and down, i hear a clicking noise nearing my right hip joint. doesn't hurt, but it gets annoying. anyone else experience it?
While doing it, I realised it only clicks when I had my legs close to the ground. I raised them and did the bicycle exercise, and it stopped clicking! maybe the leg joint wasn't supposed to be rotating with leg closer to the floor during the exercise.
apparently this is the most effective form of exercise for your rectus abdominis and took 2nd place in oblique exercises according to ''EMG'' studies, can anyone verify this ? If that's the case i'll make sure to always include it in my workouts :)

Well, yes, Alex54, but spot reduction is impossible. trust me. Take it from someone who got 10 pack abs doing it the right way. Spot reduction is impossible; of course your body will gain the muscle by training that area of the body, but it will NEVER show unless you lose that thin layer of body fat. The best ways to lose fat all together is to do HIIT or cardio. HIIT can be weight lifting etc and cardio could be anything from running to swimming or even biking
I'm a fairly fit 18 year old boy but I just have a flat stomach and want to put some abs there but whenever I try this exercise my thighs get tried before I feel anything happening with my abs... I'm not fat at all. I'm 6 foot tall and weigh about 70kg
To get maximum effect you must do this exercise quickly with the shoulder blades off the ground the entire time, so that each turn overcomes the momentum of the previous turn, and so that the abdominals support the upper torso
I'm never sure if I'm doing this right cause I never feel any muscle pull and I could do this all day If I wanted, level 2 seems scary though i'd probably lose my rhythm

yeah that's why a lot of people get frustrated when they see no results after doing hard ab work--you've got to do your cardio to burn the fat AND eat right to keep that fat off. abs are hard work.

Yeh i hear the same ,but in my case i had an accident and i injured my waist and i had a therapy.
While doing it, I realised it only clicks when I had my legs close to the ground. I raised them and did the bicycle exercise, and it stopped clicking! maybe the leg joint wasn't supposed to be rotating with leg closer to the floor during the exercise.
