    Great work, but you shouldn't be bagging organic material (leaves, plants, sticks, etc). You should only be bagging actual garbage (mostly plastic, but other things like cans, etc too). You can leave the organic material to the somewhere close on the ground. It will decompose and provide nutrients for the soil. Bagging organic material means it just ends up in a dump, which is waste of space and it can cause problems in a dump (methane build up).

    You really should wear gloves always to protect your hands. You could injure yourself on something and get an infection from contaminated water. You are doing a great job for those in your community!
