We are so glad you are here! Welcome to our channel!
1. We are in Oklahoma near the Arkansas border.
2. We do this on a volunteer basis.
3. Kim aka Mom is retired. Jennifer owns her own business as a massage therapist.
4. We film multiple locations in one day since we can’t go out all the time given Jen’s full time job. You may not see all the locations we filmed that day in one video.
5. You may see other people in our videos at times including Granny aka Sue (mom’s mom), Jeff (Kim’s husband and Jennifer’s dad), or Jessica (Jennifer’s little sister) and Lucy (our beautiful, amazing, wonderful dog).
6. Many wonder why we put stuff down culverts. A few reasons: it provides help for wildlife, we like to and it would have gone downstream anyway. If it blocks another culvert then we will take care of that too but most of the locations we visit are in incredibly rural areas where there won’t be another culvert for miles.
7. We care about wildlife and never want to cause harm to them. The only reason we will clear a beaver damn is if it is threatening land or roads that can not be accessed any other way. It may not be the road directly within sight but a farm road close by.
8. We appreciate advice in the comments. We understand that we will receive constructive criticism in the comments. What we won’t allow is the calling of names, derogatory terms, or just plain calling us stupid or idiots. We are all adults here and the internet is already a largely negative place as it is, let’s not add to it. We are people doing our best to help our neighborhood and planet by picking up trash and clearing culverts. Why do we deserve hate for that?
9. You may not agree with or like the way we did something but that doesn’t mean we did it wrong. There is a right/wrong way to dismantle a bomb. Clearing culverts is up for interpretation to the one doing the work.

Excellent unclogging video ladies! I really enjoyed it. All culvert unclogging and no abandoned building tours! Haha. 25:13 What a beauty of a tree! Must have seen a Century and more.. Well, I say beauty, which is true, but because of the weather and surroundings this moment, she stands there looking gloomy and eerie but yet still beautiful!
I started laughing too at the exact same moment you both tried to lift up that log and she was way to heavy, the one stream before this, with those heavy logs washed up over the culverts. You both started giggling and laughing at the same time whichgave me a laughter too, a funny moment to see 😆

That one with the full length trees in front of the culverts had me wondering what you’d try to do with the little saw… 🤣 The last one was a puzzle of pellets behind the wire fence blocking the water flow. If y'all got a looped tow strap, you could move those logs with your truck. No problem

Hi from the UK - another great job from you two ladies, but I must admit that I cringe every time I see you bend your backs to move a big log/tree.
I suggested before that maybe you should add a strong rope to your tool kit so you could pull at the tree from solid ground and with both of you pulling, or if needed use the truck to pull up the bank. Would hate to see you hurt your backs, it's so easily done.

With large trunk, put rope around it or a strap so you can stand up more to pull on it, you will find it much easier to pull and less risk of injury..

Love your channel. The rushing water sounds are so relaxing. One request. When panning left to right and back again, please pan a little slower. Reason, makes me dizzy while sitting down. That gives me a headache. This is not a criticism at all. I love your videos. It's just a request. You provide a free service to the public. If you make money off you tube, good for you. I wonder if a cattle grate instead of a fence would keep the cows in. That fence seems like a troublesome spot. Might be when the leaves aren't falling not much collects.

The culverts that you done on the newly paved road, they should of addressed the culvert situation first. It looked obvious that those culverts was like that before they paved.

Where do you think those large tree pieces end up??? Right, at the next Culvert. You should place the large tree pieces on shore. Or is it the intention that you keep your own YT channel alive in order to indeed clear the next culvert of tree stumps?
We have had our channel for two years and we still have land and culverts that we haven’t covered yet. We have plenty to do. We have talked about it before but most of these culverts have miles between them. It’s rural area. But if they get blocked then we will unclog them.

Why don't they made that wire fence a little bit higher, so that debri can flow underneath it.
At 24:00 or so mom shows us the inside of the culvert with the plastic curled in...would moms mini saw be able to cut the plastic if you pulled it out??

Too bad they don't fix the culverts. Nothing you can do when they are crushed.
Post 10 taught me the logging road owners dont put the culverts on lowest spot of the raod but a bit higher up. Its more expensive to replace a culvert than just allow a road to wash out and replace it.
Who puts up those fences? If it’s the land owners, they owe y’all some money.
