Thank you for your comment my friend. I have found it proven time and time again. We just have to silence that pestering voice in our head that questions our ability. Keep going.
On May 16th my older brother died of a sudden heart attack while mowing his lawn. He has buried a few days ago and it sad to see him die before our mother. I agree his actions of excessive smoking and drinking alcohol caused his early death.

I have a question, I am 42 and had a heart attack in 2022 and a stent placed, as soonest I stepped out of the hospital I got hit with this lightheadedness wich never goes away.
