Reminds me of the man who started his job when he left school at 16. He worked for that company day and night, never had time to 'work on himself'. Never missed a day of work. His family even suffered because he was always at work. When he retired, he was given a paltry leaving gift. "Work hard on yourself, not your job!!" My takeaway from this clip. Thanks for sharing.

    Conclusion:
-learn to improve urself to become attractive and good things will become to you and all rewards you have now will be multiplied.
-you can improve urself by learn multiple skills, improve personality, temperament, mindset, culture
-always work in urself (improve urself) harder than how hard u work on ur job. Work on urself = fortune. Work on job = living.
-be Responsible, grow up, attractive, powerful, skillful, communicating human being and the world belongs to you.

Very true. It's how you carry yourself that people look at you and have a perception about you. Either they fall in love with your personality or the opposite. Surely, as mentioned you'll get the odd hater but mostly others will appreciate you. A person's character is most important rather than just his/her work.
I've seen some people work not too hard but get the job done, however, they don't mourn or complaint too much, they are appreciated more than the regular mourners backbiting about everyone who are actually hardworkers but are never appreciated.
The one who doesn't complaint much seems more confident and at peace in comparison to the other person.

Improve yourself, ignore the noise, and act like you already have what you want. Then acceptance is easy and opportunity finds you. The on-edge feeling is you teetering between making the plunge towards improvement or going back to staying the same. (Also it's best to do this in a sober mind and body. Addiction just pushes what you want further away.)

Sir Jim Rohn is one of these person that every human being should meet in his life very young as a mentor to awake us in tje early stage of our life, spiritualy emotionaly intellectualy to start the path of our life in the best conditions to not be condionned but follow our own convictions and intuitions to become the person we are destined to be. That will evoied so much frustration desapointment for the people that are unhappy on their lives because they have not reached dreams because of lack of knowledge and knowhow.
The beauty of Life is that we need to meet only one person , one sentence from that person to change our point of view and the direction in our lives.
Thank you for this video and for me you are also that person for many people that have seen your video.

The fact that you can be your best friend but also your worst enemy, be both in a healthy way. Find balance and remember that all the time the balance is equal, so find somehow to balance it.
The fact that only you have the full control of yourself, be yourself and respect equally others.
The fact that you can be anything, be good, radiate kindness if you can.
The fact that you have only one life, live today like is no tomorrow.
You have "survived" till today, every day you are a winner, so be more and better than that.
    Wish you all the best!

This dude, whoever he is.. was way ahead of his time. Not only in his thinking, but the way he speaks and his general presentation. His essence and his candour. The charisma. He doesn't come across as an ancient fossil of a white dude that is a product of his time. He kind of defies those clichés and the stereotype overall, in my opinion. He's not slimey or arrogant, not overly confident in himself, not particularly loud or attention seeking. He speaks like a person today would speak. A person of note, a person that is well known for giving advice and maybe teaching useful self help. Even his joke was fairly modern feeling. He's like a guy that's out of his time. Like he's been to the future and has come back to his own time enlightened. Knowing what is going to be important in 50 years, and sharing that knowledge with those willing to listen.
    Most impressive.

Working hard to improve yourself is like planting seeds for a better future. While doing your job is important for maintaining your status, spending time learning new things and getting better at what you enjoy can make a big difference. It's like building a strong base for success and happiness in both work and life. Just like he said you are attracting success because you have the knowledge and skills to make it happen. While the poor doubt almost all the information they find, the rich get richer by doing things that the poor did not do when they got information. This man just describes how efforts and manifestation works. I honestly improved myself a lot when I focus on how I can contribute to something, not on what that thing requires. I know I only have certain limits and I need to respect myself for that. The thing about unhappy people is that, they always try to push their own limits by thinking it will make them stronger and successful when in reality it will only give them trauma. You don't find success like a fish chasing the bait, you become the bait and let the fish chase you
